JOEFY: Hi. This a true story and I will really appreciate mature advice
I have been dating my gf for a while now (over 4 years). we broke up in September last year due to unreconciled differences among st others. Within 2 weeks of breaking up, she went out with a friend and during going out the friend hooked her up with a friend (who is 8 years older than her). My GF and the guy started talking and where even discussing marriage. After 3 weeks, I started talking with my GF and realized I wanted her back, it was a struggle but she agreed to leave the guy (they had not kissed nor had any sexual encounter in this time). roll forward 6 months later, I still feel she likes the guy coz the guy keeps calling her and asks if she has changed her mind.
I donno what to do and I need help with figuring out what to do. I told her not to hang out with her friend who hooked her up with the guy, but she says she cant, she even went out with him recently, which I got upset about
This issue has affected us and now we are not even in a stable relationship. she is effectively my ex. What should I do mister man,you dated a girl for four years and she jumped into bed with another dude for just two weeks of disagreements between both of you.The girl is not a wife material, she's very loose, she will do same if she's your wife.Your are a lucky guy,let her go,if she comes back, bang your door on her face.free your mind, and get over it. |

You can't win against Religious leaders in Nigeria. The masses do not want the truth. They never have. They want illusions and happy endings.
They protect the accuser but victimize the "victim".
She's fighting a losing battle. I disagree with you, because this case is exceptional in that, she made all her claims with facts and figures which the apostle hasn't debunked. She's winning the battle as the rating and respect for the apostle has dwindled considerably.A suit in the court of law will not change anything,it will only bring out more exposure.Otobo is confident and she knows what she's saying. |

smartty68: Your assertion on this issue is based on fallacy. I've seen homes headed by a woman and its still surviving until date. Most women are not just what we(men) think they are. Very loving they could be if you find the right one Do you live with them,or you see them from afar, women are not moulded to withstands pressure, even those that are endowed financially still depends on their husbands with less income to fend for the family.Women are bad bosses.they are emotionally inclined. A man that works under his wife does not have any dignity left in him. |

Post election trauma is affecting most of them that they don't see anything good in whatever Okowa does. The hatred from that section is so strong. Why are they so pained? Even Isoko and Ijaw that hasn't produced governors supported Okowa, but Urhobos said no, how can th eyes have capital, have CBN governor and also produce governor? Does it matter? It's turn by turn. You think without the votes and supports of the Urhobos,Ifeanyi Okowa would have gotten to that seat as Governor.Deltans were only disappointed in him, because he has no clear cut programme or agenda,he is muddling things in the state, all facets of the state is virtually at a standstill, civil servants are owed backlogs of salaries, even with the huge federal allocation and internally generated revenue.Almost two years into his tenure, his presence is not felt in the state, even his constituency and kinsmen are groaning with pain and dissapointment. |

That says something -- Lagos is commercial hub that cannot be ignored.
All transactions in this country and major transactions in West Africa passes through Lagos.
With or without the oil companies, Lagos will always be. What is th population of oil worker residing in Lagos? What is their impact an contribution to Lagos? Siting their headquarters in Lagos gave them(Yorubas) a lot of advantages.Firstly, they recruit them into management positions, this explains why they dominates the strategic positions in these oil companies leaving the crumbs for those that has the oil, this is unfair. |

shukuokukobambi: Yeah i heard it live on the AIT news program. This quote below really struck me
“Youth and intellect is squarely behind him,” Mr. Buhari said while commending the work done by Mr. Osinbajo. “Continue to do the work, Nigeria will continue whether we are here or not.”
It explained why Buhari was never offended that Idiagbon took all the glory in 1984 and why the praises heaped on Osinbajo now will not get to him. Buhari doesn't mind who takes the glory as long as the work is done. Also his self deprecating and humble remarks about his health and himself generally show say the baba never learn politics well. Politicians are never candid about their shortcomings
Anyway, let the ship of state continue. That's what concerns the masses What are you insinuating, that Buhari accepted his shortcomings,he is now a neophyte. You a prototype of a bad Nigerian,so you are allergic to progress in the Nigerian state. Please change your poor and poverty ridden mentality,so that we as as a nation can aspire to greater height. |

In addition, the guy was truly a giver. Other day, we were at a car wash where District4 now stands- dude was there to wash his Range. Baba, all those guys nearly leave our cars to wash him own together.
When they were through, I jejely paid my 700, but guess how much Mad Lion sort- 10, 000!
Before we could leave, another babe, (that one whose mom prepares indomie in front of Benue Hotel) came along and dude relieved himself of another wad!
On another occasion, i sat with friends drinking along Konshisha street directly opposite new Golden Plate restaurant. Dude pulls into the parking lot, lady sitting next to us on another table sights him and immediately made to go say hello with her cute little kid- came back with 15k and tells her friend "mumu you no go go greet am? "
Alot of guys in the streets love the dude and this would come to them as a sad news. But the law is the law and must be upheld.
Congrats to Saleh. I don't know this dude, but the comments about his philanthropy is laudable.I will advise him to go back to school,at least Waec is okay,it can be delivered to him at home, thereafter he can bounce back. |
