The day ordinary Nigerians — regardless of tribe or religion — realize they have more in common with each other than with their "own" politicians, that's the day real change starts.

It's the depressing thing about why most prefer to leave their bank manager jobs to either travel out or enter transport line.

I don't know much about the cause of this very low payment but some friend of mine back in 2019 claimed his Lebanese boss told him some portion of what were supposed to be payment is being paid to someone in the government.

And even the talk of instinct. Whoever says humans are without it. I would have to ask you to elaborate what you mean by instinct in animals and I could argue that humans do have same, only that it's been numbed down... If you were to look at the ways of cave living humans or happen to go to villages very deep in the bushes, you'd understand this. I have been to enough to know this. Humans too have instincts like other animals, our difference comes from the different way our brains developed after long periods. Even animals have their own communities and rules they live by in said community.

It's a commendable initiative if you ask me. As these days, it's very difficult to even learn a trade as most that even offers free training would not take care of ya transport and feeding. Hope the government would make that possible? Plus, not only these... We need production lines over here ..

As a human, you're no animal, you should be different from animals, hence the need of genetic preservation through a specific line. Animals do as you recommend, they just simply increase population.
