In this era of poverty and high fuel price, a lot of people especially manual vehicle drivers turn off their vehicles while in transit.
As you are doing so, please know that you can lose control of your steering and brakes. They will lock, except if your vehicle is one of the very old ones.

Not saying that the driver turned off his vehicle, it's just an observation and a suggestion that can reduce avoidable accidents like these.
