Anyone that says that Moses law was wrong or faulty is directly saying that God that gave the law was faulty and that he doesn't know what he was doing as Almighty God. The law of Moses was good (God's law) but it was the people that were faulty or WEAKENED with SIN (as human) so that they couldn't meet up with what the law demands. But God is a merciful God so he decided to show humankind mercy by transforming the same law into something they ( us the people full of sin ) could easily practice unlike before by sending JESUS to the world.

Matthew 5: 17-19
17“Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill. 18“For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass from the Law until all is accomplished. 19“Whoever then annuls one of the least of these commandments, and teaches others to do the same, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever keeps and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

It's still the same law of Moses that we practice in a transformed form so that it can be easily practiced by us courtesy "God's mercy" inorder to redeem mankind.

One may not need to stone an aldulterer to death before such adulterer is punished

(Rom. 12:20—21).
“Do not repay evil with evil. If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by so doing you will heap burning coals on his head” (Burning coal on your enemies head? Does it sound good? The law of moses still plays out!!!)
