Naturally i will advice you to learn Q-basic then move to visual basic (you will be able to build apps knowing a little about visual basic), next is to immediately learn java. If java is too complex you can learn Corona language (its almost like java but much simpler). Learning all this you can build your own app easily within 2-3 months. Learning programming is a little bit cost in this country. You can easily teach yourself programming languages via pdf and online courses. This helped a lot. Now i am programmer of 8 languages and very 5. There is a point where trained-taught programmers start learning themselves. If you teach people how to program don't forget you dont fish for people, you teach people how to fish.
