Bleach until it smokes , that way, you break the phospholipid bonds. There are fragrances made specifically for the cosmetic industry, check your local market.

If you live in Lagos, you can check nahco or wait more days if the parcel came over the weekends.

I don't use diesel. We rely on PHCN although the site location gets at least 8-10hrs (daytime) of light. I can crush 300 bags (24tons) in a week of six days (excluding sunday) if there's steady light without the usual interruption. That will give you an average of 4tons/day.

To attain full production you need constant light. If you run the business at this level and with local machines using Generator, you'll be struggling to break even if not posting loss.

if you crush with diesel engine and convert the oil to soap, that is where the real cash is. A drum of Pko makes about 2040 bars of soap, if it is bathing soap sold for about 120 naira each, you will make insane cash. Think about it.

Pz cusson is having a rough time. its an opportunity for those of you in the rural area.

I started producing soap some few months ago now becoming an addict but it does yield me less profit BTW not up to #300 per 45 bars. a bar is 6cm wide and 12cm long, d height Is 3cm and it's a very quality soap,
In D's tym of recession, my customers do complain abt every day increase in prize thereby limiting my profit to less Dan #200.

Soap of this size shouldn't be less than 58 Naira. If you sell less at the prevailing price of Pko and caustic, you will loose your money.

You also forgot that the Chinese import alot of raw materials. Weak yuan means costly raw materials and a high cost of production.

What are you writting ? The Chinese uses Yuan , while the Japanese uses the Yen.

I bought 8 drums from Enugu for 96k each about 10 days ago. I called about 5 days to get the latest price, I was told its 84 now at Enugu and 80k at ogun.
