I will keep telling them from time to time because I know they may end up swaying one or two innocent onlookers into believing those lies.
I don't explain to people why I pay tithe or why I go on crazy soul winning endeavours, even some Christians don't know why we do something because they can't grasp it

He said the truth but Inknow haters will still hate.
There is a big difference between what is given to pastors/prophets personally and what is paid as tithes and offerings.
It is recorded in the bible many times and i see no reason why people should assume any rich pastor is living on tithes and offerings of church.
people dash in billion to Oyedepo in particular and I can't understand why folks are bent on equating how their churches are run to how Oyedepo runs one.
see let me tell you and highered something, some things are of the spirit ,explaining to people outside of the spirit doesn't make sense

when you write articles or post and people fight you live them, no matter the explanation they would never understand

You're doing a very rare job, but I stopped taking you seriously the day you opened the Abuja cost-of-rent thread. It was very far from reality, so I assume you're just speculating for other states too. Do your research well before dishing out this kind of info.
what we are doing is estimation, not the real price, so its always within that range

Hope u get

at the end of our articles we write this are just estimates and not the real price

Hi Guys we have been talking on Cost Of Rent around Nigeria to help people get affordable rent , but today lets look at the cheapest place you can buy land in Lagos

This post would help people with low income buy land at a cheap rate , you might not have heard of this names before as they are developing areas in Lagos, but this give low income owners hope of becoming a landlord

You can contact your agents or realtors to ask for more info

Note: This lands have hidden fees like survey fees, development fees , deed of assignments, that are collected by the local government of each respective areas, in some areas you would pay "OMO-ONILE" Fees, so if a land is 500k for example you would need to add at least 100k to it for all this hidden charges

Some real estate companies charge, some dont charge because they've added the fees into the land

First some definitions

What is a Land?
Land is real estate or property, minus buildings and equipment, that is designated by fixed spatial boundaries, Land ownership may offer the title holder the right to natural resources on the land  In real estate, a lot or plot is a tract or parcel of land owned or meant to be owned by some owner(s)

Lagos to Sokoto is usually between 7,100 (small bus), and 10,000 (luxury bus).
During off-seasons like these, it can be as low as 6,500 to 9,000.
It will be better for PCMS to travel from Lagos to Sokoto using Cross Country, which can be as high as 10 to 15k, or luxury buses.

Now, all those small Toyota Hiace buses that collect 6,500 to 7k, will travel through a terrible road route and the experience is always something else. They'll go through the Ilorin - Niger - Kebbi route.
Please, for your own sake, don't follow buses going through that route. It is cheap and short, but you'll tell the story in an unpleasant way.

Those who collect 9k upwards will follow the Kogi-Abua-Kaduna-Zamfara route.
It's longer and a bit more expensive, but you won't tell stories that touch sha.
