Hi guys

Let's look at top places people share apartments in Lagos.. a lot of people share apartments due to many factors like rent, high cost of getting hotels or transportation to work daily ..

Even thou it doesn't sound popular

What is Shared Apartment
Shared housing is a long-term living arrangement between two or more unrelated people who choose to live together to take advantage of the mutual benefits it offers.  The benefits are shared rent, bills like psp bills ,PHCN, etc

Usually shared apartments are split between 2–4 persons

Most people who share apartments are majorly workers , corpers and under graduates (thanks to low hostels available to students who study in this schools) or even travellers . Do you know some people live in ibadan and work in Lagos.

It is cheaper to get a shared apartment as some home owners charge as low 3,000 weekly to stay in their place

Some prefer shared apartment not even because of cost ,some do so based on traffic. Lagos traffics is from hell

Most of us did not know our parents well as some of them come home 10 to 11pm and live home the next morning by 4am to 5am, you don't want to be in a Lagos traffic

We got a lost of request on cotenant from people who need shared apartments and surveys online to write this list

Let's roll

AJAH
Ajah is the home of shared apartment in Lagos, most people sharing apartment in ajah are working in lekki and VI.. the transport to work daily from oshodi to lekki is 500 naira daily note that most people are either coming fRom iyana ipaja, abule egba ,so they tend to save Cost by getting a shared apartment in ajah and it's more cheaper as some houses go as low 3000 naira weekly

EGBEDA
EGBEDA is on this list because A lot of people in egbeda share apartments, if you go to places like car wash, unity estate ,abule odu etc most of the houses their are shared apartments but it's on a low key, you don't want to get into trouble with your care taker as most of the care taker are very greedy ...

Ikorodu
The reason ikorodu is on this list is because laspotech doesn't have a hostel to house students, once you are a student you find your accommodation by yourself

SURULERE
SURULERE is close to the island and close to yaba.. most people prefer surulere sometimes because of the proximity to unilag or those that work there, most bankers in surulere stay in shared apartments as some live in igando ,ikotun etc

Lekki
Lekki is home to shared apartments for premium travellers, mostly foreigners staying in homes in lekki are doing it on the basis of shared apartments and they stay on their own.

IKEJA
places they share apartment in ikeja are oregun, alausa, Allen.. traffic from iyana ipaja can last for hours depending on what is the effect, we want to thank mr ambode for fixing the express as this as reduce the traffic from iyana ipaja to dopemu to ikeja under bridge

IGANDO
Igando is close to lasu, lasu only hostel is for ladies and it houses around 200 female students, leaving over 8,800 students to house themselves

IKOYI
IKOYI is more of a premium shared apartment locations that usually house expatriates that would stay for a whole month Etc most apartment are already furnished and no one would stay with them just them..

MAGODO
Magodo is a premium location too for foreigners or Nigerians who come home for holidays ... the reason for premium is because daily stay cost around 10,000 naira ($25) excluding agent fees

OSHODI
Oshodi is the link between the island and the mainland and the hinterland.. that is iyana ipaja 《Oshodi 》ikorodu 》Lagos island, so you are in the middle of Lagos, so to speak

IJESHA
IJESHA is on the list because Source here

This guy omitted Lagos island ni sha...

Somewhere that is dirt personified. 85% of houses there don't have sewage tank, their feaces are passed into the adjoining gutter. Lagos island is a no go area once it rains. 90% of the roads will be flooded. As a matter of fact, you can move from the first building the last building on a street without stepping on the road, just jump the balconies or windows.

Most houses have no room for ventilation nor spaces in between them. Where else is the headquarters of filth in Lagos then?
Have you been to iyana iba before and more so if you visit the website link ull see obalende there

Hello

Today we look at the dirtiest places in Lagos, this is due to the fact LASG are planning to bring back the monthly sanitation exercises, lets look those places where filthiness is a normal way of live (so to say) .
https://porscheclassy.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/Dirty-Lagos-e1516801045439.jpg

Due to the fact the government have been trying so had to clean this places, the citizens are the major problem of this places. As you can see people excreting or urinating in public places, putting trash inside the drainage or disposing it any how on the road. People turning the walk-way into a market area making it impossible for people to pass.

Lawma does a lot of work sweeping and even cleaning the places everyday but lagosians would still behave in their normal character of improper disposal of trash. we will not be explaining but listing this top areas.

I was listening to a teaching where a president said Africans come from the villages to the cities and convert the cities into villages

we will be

Lets Get Started

Iyana-Iba/Alaba/Ojo
This is the capital of filth in lagos, going through this place will always disgust you. if one is not careful you might step on an excreta mostly located at lasu second gate and entrance to alaba.

Bolade/Oshodi
Oshodi might look clean but doesn't smell nice, every where in oshodi smells like a place of urine as most people would rather pee on the rail way tracks than pay #50 to use the public toilets

Oyingbo
This is a major market place, most of this place is littered with good and wares, food stuffs etc. Most market women after the food stuffs spoils they pile into one place that almost as tall as a mountain waiting for psp to come and carry it, just imagine how it would be if psp doesnt show up for one week

Ikotun BRT
I dont know why ikotun brt the one where they load ikeja and cele is always dirty because lawma usually clean that place basically everytime

Egbeda/Iyana Ipaja
Egbeda/Iyana Ipaja both have the same problem with oyingbo. most of the motor park drivers are guilty of urinating just anywhere in iyana ipaja, some would even park in the road and pee on their own buses.

Obalende
Obalende under the bridge have refused to be clean despite the work lawma and even enforcement officers have tried to do. the drainage under the bridge near the police micro finance bank is filled with dirt, you dont want to be there when it rains

Ajah
Should i say the danfo drivers are the major reason ajah is always dirty with the way the dispose things. The major cause of flooding in the ajah is blocked drainage

Ladipo
Ladipo is the home of spare parts in Lagos, Ladipo is very dirty . Looking down at the carnal you would see where dirt resides, even finding it hard to see the water
