Making impact and becoming famous is what my heart desired even as a child, and not to forget, becoming very wealthy. �. It's a very good desire.


There were hundreds of things I wanted to do as a teenager; from singing (rapping), dancing, hosting my own talk shows and events, poetry, even becoming a motivational speaker, the list is endless.

Becoming a farmer was NEVER on the list even after bagging my first degree.


At the NYSC Orientation Camp, I had an idea to go into farming (Specifically, plantain farming).


When people ask me, 'why did you venture into farming'? My first response is always, "It's a God inspired idea." Truly, it is.


So after my NYSC, I went to my village and acquire plots of land and set up a one thousand plantain suckers farm from the prize money I won for coming up as the winner for the Public Speaking category of SHIFT (A talent hunt competition hosted by RCCG).


My plan was to just set up a farm that will pay my bills while I look for job or engage in other productive activities that will generate money for me.


Few months into setting up my one thousand plantain suckers farm, I had an inner dialogue with myself, not to sound religious, I truly believe that it was God telling me to "go fully into agriculture, expand and solve problems! "


Within six months from that day, I leveraged on social media to raise funds from investors to scale my one thousand plantain suckers farm to a (10,000) ten thousand plantain suckers plantation and got Millionaire Farms Limited fully registered.


Now, it's crystal clear why God gave me the idea to go into agriculture.


And this is it: To solve hunger, food shortage and unemployment problems in my region and beyond.


The journey has never being easy, however, by just answering to the call of becoming a farmer so many great things has happened and still happening to this young boy.


I have spoken on international and big national platforms.


I have being been interviewed and featured by CNN and other big national media platforms.

Got nominated for several awards including the prestigious Future Awards Africa Prize For Agriculture.

I do wish you reread this post and think before you make this comment. The world has too much of angry people, I don't want to believe you are one of them.

So you made such a basic mistake and you are teaching people how to set up farms and even maintain it for them. What will you be teaching them then? Why do Nigerians like teaching things they actually need to learn about themselves?

One of the mistakes I made as a young farmer is that I didn't set aside money or didn't have budget for the maintenance of my over ten thousand (10,000) plantain suckers plantation.

So after planting I have to raise over four hundred thousand Naria (₦400,000) to maintain my farm till harvest.

The experience is only better imagined. I learnt the hard way.

I am currently seeing people make this same mistake.

In my humble opinion, the major work begins immediately after planting.
That's why you need a professional to handle your farm from the set up to the maintenance, till harvest.

In as much as plantain farming and other crops are profitable, it requires a lot of work.

And just a little reminder, the growth of your farm; the yield it will produce and the life span of your farm is absolutely dependent on how you manage and maintain your farm from the day you plant that seed.

He was already eating and won't for anything pause or trade this moment for anything. He has found one of the best chef in the world and he solely finds great delight in her traditional delicacies.

After few minutes of wrestling with the well prepared bush meats and licking off the soup on his fingers and throwing some wraps of fufu into his stomach through his mouth, he discovered that there were some colored leaves in the soup...
With his two fingers he picked a piece of the leaf, just like an Asian picking up his food with his two sticks into his mouth. But this time, it was not his mouth but close to his nose and later to his eyes to examine what he has already consumed into his system.

He couldn't label the leaf in between his fingers so he reached out to his wife and said "honey, what type of leaf is this that you used for this soup? ".

Truly, one of the things that attracted her to him was her genuine smile.
"Chidima, should you answer me", he said that with a smooth voice, and being a man that has a deep and clear voice, his voice has always been a propeller to make his wife smile the more.

She moved forward to him and pressed her big rounded breasts against her husband back, with one of her hands strolling down his chest.
Apparently, she got married to a patience and a core gentle man.

Finally she spoke out; "my love, na the plenty leaves wey you bring come give me this afternoon na I use cook the soup"...she ended her sentence with a smile as usual but could not capture her husband heart this time.

At that moment he had different options and choices to make which are; to get angry, shout at her and call her names, push her aside and walk away.
As these thoughts were ringing in his mind within a split second, he didn't know how to explain to her that what she called leaves are flowers he bought for her early that day. He had left the office during lunch to get his wife some flowers from the flower shop and rush back to work.

But on a second thought, she is not to be blamed as she was brought to him as a wife from his village... No doubt, he might have married a Bush girl but she has most enviable character that he longs for in a woman, and he is ready to Behind her up...
He does not care how long it takes him to teach her... He is willing and not ashamed because she is teachable...

Police men in Asaba, Delta State, have arrested 21 students who are allegedly homosexuals.
According to Punch, a reliable source said that two state-owned polytechnics (names withheld) where the suspects were arrested, were popular with homosexual activities for financial gains.
Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Mrs. Celestina Kalu, confirmed the arrest of the suspects.
