Lets say you were still able to scale through and get a phone and SIM card, issue of network signal was another big challenge then. Even as at 2003, many places still have limited services. So, which planet in Nigeria was OP when as at 2001, phone was so easy to get for him and his friends, they were also able to buy SIM cards, they were also able to have enough network signals to stay in the leisure of their rooms or any location they were to call one another? Anyway, someone like me is smart enough to read between the lines.

Meaning he most likely got admitted in 1999 or earlier (judging by some of his other posts). And when in 2nd year in 2000, all these started.
