still not impressed by nigerian banks, why are they not charging at cbn rate at 780 or even slightly above the rate. using black market rate is robbery, they should give cbn rates even its its 200dollars then subsequent charge for the month can be black market rates.

You can buy at CBN rate by going to a CBN branch and buying it there. CBN doesn't regulate the dollar to naira rate anymore, asuch banks are free to set the dollar to naira rate based on international market forces on a day to day rate. If you must blame anything, it's the naira and the government for allowing it to depreciate to this level.

The fact we can use our naira debit cards for international transactions again is like music to my ears. God punish the previous administration for blocking this feature to Nigerians.

Thank God for the removal of emefiele. If he was still there, none of these things happening now would occur. It baffles me how millions of nigerians were blocked from making international transactions with their ATMs. Is that not madness perpetuated by one man? GTB should stop delaying and join this train habaa! That's the only functioning card i have at the moment. These virtual card people have eaten my money and i am tired of them.

FibreOne has been a lifesaver for me since I moved to Gbagada. Approximately 12k pere and I'm not worried about any FUP, Data caps or Speed throttling. There are days when speed can be slow or they have downtimes, but that happens less than 5% in a month.

What's the average speed you get from downloads? Is it unlimited at 12k monthly? I'm using swift and I can get 1.5-2.5Mb/s during the day. Midnight to like 5am is 3-4Mb/s. It's not unlimited but I get free nights from 11pm to 8am at 14k monthly (for 40gb package)

Of course they do. Every major bank in the country has a prepaid dollar card for international transactions as normal naira cards have been banned from making purchases outside Nigeria.

So my dad gifted me this Ryzen 5 5600G which I asked him to buy me a little while ago. He doesn’t have much knowledge about computers and neither do I. I already have memory modules and other components though.

All I require now is a motherboard and I lack in-depth knowledge of these. So, I want suggestions from y’all. My maximum budget for the motherboard is around 120$ which I guess is enough for my use case but don’t know which one to pick. Hence, posted here for suggestions.

Yeah, all good since Monday. Lots of customers finished them on their twitter handle and eventually they got things working. My trapped money finally resurfaced and I was able to launch my virtual card and do what I needed to do.

I cash out at first than fund it again and apply for virtual ms card.the app is stable now if u want to fund ur account use d wema, Dat globus na rubbish bank, Dem nearly give heart attack after I transfer money in the money na evening time d money reflect but with this wema e no reach 10 minutes. Absolutely nothing. It's been 48 hours now and nothing has been done. There is no response from them at all.

I am a victim too. The money is not there in my app. I sent 8500 from my main back account to the virtual Globus bank account created for me by the app. There is no information about the money on the app received. Nothing!! Its been more than 24hours and nothing has shown up. Money deducted from my GTB is shown while still no reflection on the app. Even the Globus account they created for me is gone. No be scam app be this?!

Try and send an email to your bank that you sent the money from to see if that transaction can be reversed. I will do the same first thing tomorrow. Worst case scenario, i match to my bank on tuesday to join the queue to get into the bank and liase with the customer service to see if there's hope of getting my money back.

I advise people to stop using payday. That app is a proper scam app. I went to twitter and see loads of complaints from people who have their respective monies stuck in that app and nothing these scammers are doing to ensure these trapped monies are returned. It's unfortunate I fell victim. I should have done due diligence before I decided to try them. You have been warned. Even a scammer perpetuating as one of their agents came into my DM to try to access my account giving me a fake link to go to activate my account so the money I sent will show up. I blame the banks for putting us at the hands of these people. If only out ATM cards worked as before for international transactions.
