A science student does not have any opportunity or incentive to learn English language in the university except for personal development.

Just be grateful that you had the opportunity to learn it growing, i know you probably speak it at home with your parents and siblings. Some people were taught in primary school with their native tongues.

Just in case you don't know. What determines your proficiency in English is your formative years. You can just improve later, if you didn't attend a good pry and sec School, you are done for. It doesn't matter the university you attend except you decide to learn it on your own. My point is, it has nothing to do with your level of advanced education.

Why is English language required to gain admission into the university?

If you read correctly, I raised 2 issues; steering and brake application. What if a car stops abruptly in front of you?
What if you are on the fast lane? Do you want to remain there until the car comes to a halt on its on? The opinion raised by the OP are not realistic.

What would have made sense is; if you have to steer, do so gently and if you need to apply breaks, do so gently. I have been in a vehicle where a full tyre pulled off on high speed. Luckily I was in front of the vehicle and immediately held the steering wheel when the driver freaked out and started steering violently.

No, there is a backlog for review of documents based on the date the mail was received by NVC.The statement for documents not to be mailed is for the application that is being treated online(which therefore has provision and is able to be uploaded on the website).

Has this person you know been invited for interview? If yes, how long did it take? On NVC they categorically stated that documents should not be mailed to them.

My petitioner already mailed the AOS to the NVC. However, the other documents like police report and the rest haven’t been mailed.

@crisycent seems your case is different from the usuals or normal cause it ought to be this way�..check the image below. Or another way is to get your welcome letter and check for it. But atleast with what you sent it shows that your case was approved sometime around 2009.

I guess my case is different. I don’t know why I am unable to submit documents. I can’t even find the place to submit the documents. My petitioner is having the same problem. There’s no priority date and I have put so many things on hold thinking this might come soon.

@crisycent you can get your priority date by logging into your ceac account where you filled ds260..check at the top right corner of the page..you’ll see where your priority date is stated there. Or better still your priority date is stated in your welcome letter, together with your invoice number. Then for your approval date just provide the first 4 numbers in your invoice number that comes after the alphabet..the one with LGS2*******, it’ll give atleast an idea of the year it was approved.

yes your daughter need to pay visa fee @crisycent..what is your priority date and also your approval date..so that I can determine if your daughter is eligible to go with you and also if you’re current to start submitting your civil documents..cause it might be that it’s cause you aren’t current yet that’s why you’re unable to submit documents.

I have received my “welcome letter” from NVC. My petitioner have paid my IV & AOS fees. I have filled and completed my DS260.

The problem.....

I have collected all the relevant documents. I am unable to upload.

Question......

Who is to upload the documents? Me or the petitioner?

I am immigrating with my daughter, will she also pay visa fee? (My petitioner paid mine).

I tried paying additional fees on the portal (assuming my daughter is to pay IV & AOS fees) but it is not letting me.
