The redpill is life muscle building. It has to tear down your muscles so newer, stronger ones can grow. This will not happen overnight. Don't expect to start feeling like Super Mario all of a sudden all the time.

That said, you can help your development into a much more actualised and confident man by:

1) Working on your weaknesses and improving on your strengths. I already discussed this under my topic about applications of game asides from getting women. Please read it again.

2) After doing that, I want you to dedicate time to game. Learn and master game. I will help you through this. Game will help to ensure you become an extremely better man. You won't become an extrovert but a much more better introvert. In fact, redpill introverts are the best. They can use their introvertedness to create mystery and become respected by other men. When introverts master game, they become women killers. Any woman that crosses their parts becomes enslaved. This is because they have a better capacity to create the illusion of mystery because they are not as loudmouthed and aggressive like extrovert Redpillers. That is to say, they can easily master indirect communication!
