Change one cryptocurrency block successfully then u have crypto currency without a valid previous block..all previous cryptos mined will be invalid to it's parentblock... It can't be monitored so since a change is done on one requires a change in the previous and future blocks

Blocks represent a data which are record of the transaction done from one individual to another, This blocks are verified before inputting it as a valid transaction

Nothing is impossible though but information on the Blockchain can't be altered not reversed. The Decentralised system makes it transparent for all to see, everything about Bitcoin and Blockchain was based on the Decentralised system, removing the power from the middlemen and putting it back with the people.
