The FG should not tie niger-delta oil to loans drawn by dubious and unscrupulous governors not from the niger-delta o.
Niger-delta states need money.

I don't care if he borrows 100trillion. That is left for his people to query.
My only concern is if those loans are going to be guaranteed with niger-delta oil via the FG.

The Nigerian army is weak, true , compared to regional powers like algeria, egypt and even ethiopia.
But that doesn't mean they can't wipe out three west african countries at the same time including ghana.
A war between Nigeria and ghana would be a decisive victory for Nigeria in a question of hours.
The ghanian military is too poorly-equipped and poorly trained.
Even senegal, equitorial guinea have a better military than ghana in the sub-region.
