crowther15: It seems Datti was not effective enough in that region. Obi secured his region SS, SE and Datti could not secure even his state Kaduna. We didn't get 25% there but we won two seats. Datti is lightweight, politically. Man lost his own polling unit. Kwankwaso would have provided better value, but would have been too toxic in the long run. We should start looking at the North central or the North East for a viable guy that can provide good value. The NW is not a feasible option for any igbo man that is not orji uzor kalu. |

We know the game Obi won 12 states, just like tinubu. He won Lagos and Abuja. He is more acceptable across Nigeria than tinubu. |

Obi lost in the NW. We need an alliance that will render their votes non-existent.
They are unreasonable, and we need to start looking beyond them. |

0monnak0da: Obi if he runs again should seek to build relationships with SW.
He should do the impossible just as Tinubu has done with Muslim Muslim ticket
he should run with a SE/SW ticket or SE/NC ticket from Kwara
NW will not support him and Datti did not bring votes
My opinion is he should go back to PDP True, Datti did not bring votes. It was all Obi. You may be up to something. If Obi can get a popular North central figure that can appeal to both the North central and the SW, then yes, he will most likely win. We need to start looking for an alliance that can invalidate the NW. Those ones are not interested in anything beyond anti-igbo bigotry regardless of the consequences. Nation building is not their concern. But I disagree that he needs to go to the pdp. The labour party can serve just fine if they keep building. |

Youth movement. Does...but his father's name did the magic for him at the party level... Influence failed in the last election. The obi wave swept away influence. Ask banky W that lost to an unknown candidate. But yeah, you are probably right that his father's name helped him to get the ticket. But that was not what made him victorious. |

When yaradua was rigged in, and became president.
The first thing he said was that he recognize that the process that brought him in was heavily flawed, but he would do his best to make up for it and leave the system better than he met.
Tinubu and his urchins on the other hand are insulting us to our face that we don't know politics because they rigged and got away with it.
A president that could only win with less than 2 million votes and couldn't even get 25% in Abuja despite the heavy rigging?
They are playing it as a sort of ethnic victory.

A president that won by a narrow margin even with the utmost rigging.
Instead of the idiot and his urchins to go on National TV and start on a conciliatory mode and see how to persuade the large majority that don't want him, FFK and co went on TV to start threatening us.
His boys are on the streets insulting and fighting Igbo traders.
We will see. |

Tribal: Way to go! We did it! Congratulations to all Tribes in Nigeria that Genuinely Love Nigeria! And that truly Love and Respect all other Nigerian Tribes!
Guy below don't be so childish, be matured pls. Tinubu is not a religious bigot, he chose Shetima because he knows that is the only way he would win, since Igbos refused to Re-Pay him with the Unprecedented Kindness that he showered on them as Southern brothers while he was Governor: he started allowing them to contest Political Positions and to hold few State Offices, even despite Paying their Children's School Fees including WAEC Fees throughout Lagos for his 8 Years, they still Rewarded him with Super-abundant Cancerous Hatred.
Now that he is President, he's Focus is to make our Country great and respected among others in the World. We now have a Nation to make Great. No more Tribalism or Religious bigotry. You are just wasting your time. You and tinubu started your politics with bigotry, you guys should keep it up. We don't recognize your president. |

Heavily even in connection with wike and co. And Tinubu is a southerner so he had more chance for rigging in the south than against a northerner in the North. And yet Peter obi still shine through. Kwankwaso could only manage 1million plus inside all those plenty voters available in the north. That is drastically poor. Nnamdi kanu would have done better than that. |
