But atiku serves no real benefit in the short or long run.

Atiku will destroy pdp at both ends.

I don't think there is any fixed place where h1 or any of the other h family is used.
Though h1 is mostly used for titles or the main headings.

The important thing is knowing that they are of different sizes and using them appropriately to show different levels of emphasis.
