This guy was more useful to Nigeria than all of buhari's children combined.

He is dead now.

Elections have consequences.

Remember this in 2023 when you vote for a mad man as commander in chief.

APC should lose on a massive scale throughout southern Nigeria if we have any shred of self respect.

Nigerians must not let this slide.

This is an insult to all of us.

Very laughable
Another prove to show how dumb our leaders are
The dumbest southern leader know the futility of this.
They won't bother.

Abokiii leaders more like it.

The only difference between them and their fellow almajiris is money.

Abokiii..

Lowest Intellectual class in Nigeria.

There is no difference between them and Chad.

It is on twitter you would see someone with a phD attached to her name sharing the same sentiment with a buhari-crazed illiterate from zaria.

Some of the comments I read from apc supporters on twitter, I would start wondering if they drank breastt milk as a baby.

Their brains are operating at the same low frequency, you would think they were fed elephant milk.

The only working Service Chief. If Buhari is wise, this is the best time to make statements by firing the non performing appointees. First on the firing list should be the IGP. If SARS under his watch has caused the this, then he should be sacrificed first for the protesters to have hope or believe the Govt on NPF reform. Also, for the fact that he lacks crisis management skills. When he announced a new unit SWAT while protesters are still on street. Saying they will be given special weapons.... We are protesting that they are abusing the power and weapons given to them. The werey is planning to give them more. Meaning he is so insensitive and his actions gave more reasons for continued protest #EndSWAT

The next two should be the Chief of Defense Staff and Chief of Army Staff (Buratai) even the NSA Mogunu too. They have all failed and should be flushed out. But PMB is too slow in acting
He gave NSA to his abokii dimwit.

Something that should be presided over by our best and brightest.

He did not earn one single pound.

Christensen to midfield?

haagrin
Why not?
He is good on the ball and is infinitely more defensive than Jorginho.

Infact, I think he will be a better midfielder than a defender pending when we can get declan rice.

We need a lot of steel right now.

tbh, kepa conceded almost every shot he faced like wtf
The entire team structure is just wrong.

Kepa is shit but the likes of jorginho will put him under pressure.

We are severly undercoached.
Just vibes and a game face.

Is tomori afflicted with covid-19?

If not, then it is criminal that lampard did not try him in defence and move Christiansen to midfield.

Fake chelsea fans like us don't know anything

LooL. What about Zouma?

Chelsea needed defenders more at the end of last season but Frankie went for more attackers.
Our previous attaick was not great either.
Both defence and attack needed upgrade.

The transfer ban fuccked us.

We could have upgraded the defence that season and then upgrade the attack now.

United spent £200 million that window while we spent 0.
We are paying for that now.

Where did the previous owners tell you that they regret selling it?

They made a very good profit when they sold
Yes.
Relative peanuts
Zukerbag would have made a profit too if he sold Facebook in college.

Peanuts.

1.65 billion dollars is peanuts. Do you even know how much it would have cost for the founders to maintain YouTube if they didn't sell. Maybe they didn't have the resources then to scale the platform. The founder is worth over 300 million dollars and has stakes in a ton of successful startups. Poverty can never near his generation. The social effects of YouTube too are immense. Many people have learnt skills there and the content creators make money from ads. It's not always bad to be acquired. In this case, it's amazing for Nigeria.
Yes, a billion dollars is peanuts when you consider that YouTube is worth $300b today.

If the cost of maintaining YouTube was great, he could have gotten outside investment without completely losing ownership.
Zukerbag was just a student when he founded Facebook.
He did not sell Facebook because of the cost of maintainace even when bill gates made an offer.
He was smarter than most grown men.

Yes, the previous owner of YouTube IS a millionaire by all standards.
But he could have been a billionaire today without needing to invest in various start ups.

YouTube was sold to google bros. Besides acquisitions aren't always a bad thing. A lot of companies are acquired by big tech giants daily. It speaks good for Nigerian ecosystems and the talent we have. If this continues, a lot of Nigerian programmers will be able to get remote jobs with companies abroad and also funding for their own ideas which would lead to upward social mobility. Rejoice!!!!
YouTube was sold to google for peanuts and the previous owners regret It till today.

That is typical Nigerian behaviour.

I don't see how not selling off our best tech companies stop Nigerians from getting jobs from abroad.

In fact , if companies like paystack grow to be world Standard, it would do better in marketing Nigerian programming skills.

This is the same thing US does to Israel on a massive scale.
Leaching off the massive Israeli tech sector.

From tech to even entertainment.

Netflix is buying off Israeli series now.

The good thing is that Israel is getting a lot in return too.
I can't say the same for Africa.
Business › Re: Stripe Acquires Nigeria’s Paystack For $200 Million To Expand Into Africa by CSTRR: 4:33pm On Oct 15, 2020
There is nothing good about foreign companies swallowing up any bright indigenous company.

The shareholders will smile to the Bank, but that is all.
The country is worse off.

When I read that canal+ acquired Rok studios for $100m, I realised that Nigerians are very short-sighted.

Nigerians would have sold apple or YouTube when they were still struggling.

I don't see this as good news.

A future giant has just been snapped Up by a foreign company.

All the profits will now move abroad.
