Through my observations I've come to the conclusion that most black people neither understand nor know how to manage money(though there are always exceptions to every rule) . A black person can be rich but not wealthy. The important behavior getting to just a good solid upper class position, for any race, is get educated as far as possible. Get employed then get married and have kids.
