Two members of British family arrested after 'swerving to miss an animal and accidentally driving from Canada into America' had previously been DENIED entry to the US, immigration officials reveal

And officials said they intentionally drive over a large ditch area to make it into the USA. I know where this happened, the road is 0 Avenue Blaine Washington. The north south roads do not connect with the USA from Canada. Only at official border crossings. Seems like a fabricated story by these Brits and the lawyer who is an open borders type zealot.

Huh!
You dont break the rules just because you want to enforce the rule.
U.S.A failed its second phase of its agenda (ASSAD mUST go).

JOhn Kerry revealed they will proceed to second phase which is to split Syria into parts. (SDF)
Now that has also failed, what next
Pls nah..
THE ISIS were killed by Russian-Syrian arab army.
The same ISIS are also embeded in Turkish backed troops.
Now that U.S troops is leavig the area.. Turkey should get ready to face Syrian AA and SDF.. SDF got not choice except to rejoin SYria..
Assad wins either ways

John Kerry does not work for the US Government anymore. US forces were mainly advisory, working with Kurds to kill ISIS.
US military has not engaged in the Syrian war. Maybe Obama/Hillary thought Assad "has to go" but they didn't do much about it.
Seems Trump could care less who is in charge of Syria, same for 99.99% of Americans.

USA has no business fighting in the Syrian war or with Turkey (a NATO member). Turkey's move into Syria is on them.
The troops the USA had in Syria was largely advisory and there only to kill ISIS. Also the USA has no legal permission to be
in Syria.

Final Rule on Public Charge Ground of Inadmissibility
Self-sufficiency has long been a basic principle of U.S. immigration law. Since the 1800s, Congress has put into statute that individuals are inadmissible to the United States if they are unable to care for themselves without becoming public charges. Since 1996, federal laws have stated that foreign nationals generally must be self-sufficient. This final rule provides guidance on how to determine if someone applying for admission or adjustment of status is likely at any time to become a public charge.

Foreign Affairs / Re: 'Epidemic of Ignorance': Tourist Avoid Africa, All Of It - USA Today by CTPlayer: 4:49pm On Oct 08, 2019
anonymous6:
Travelers fearful of Ebola are avoiding Africa or canceling long-planned safaris, creating dire consequences for the economy in Africa, tourism and government officials said.

More than 13,000 people have become infected with Ebola, and approximately 5,000 have died, mostly in Liberia, Guinea and Sierra Leone. But the outbreaks are thousands of miles from prime safari spots, tour operators say.

The Ebola panic shows most Americans don't know Algeria from Zimbabwe when it comes to African geography, safari operators say. They point out that those stricken West African countries are closer to Madrid, Paris and London than they are to safari hot spots, such as Kenya, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia and Tanzania in the continent's south and eastern areas.

South African Ambassador Ebrahim Rasool said jobs affected by canceled vacations reach far beyond the safari workers. Every tourist who visits South Africa generates income for eight jobs in industries such as transportation, hospitality, restaurants and agriculture, he said.

There are no Ebola cases reported in South Africa and the country is 3,300 miles from the nearest outbreak in West Africa.

"Ironically it's not the epidemic of Ebola that is the problem," Rasool says. "It is the epidemic of ignorance that is the problem. Anyone who would even look at a map would know the tourism industry in most of Africa is suffering from an outbreak of ignorance."

Before Ebola, African tourism had soared to an all-time high, said Wouter Vergeer, owner of SafariBookings.com, an online marketplace with hundreds of safari operators. On Aug. 8, the World Health Organization declared Ebola an international public health emergency. Vergeer heard the first reports of trouble from safari companies in mid-August.

"It has taken a huge hit on our industry, and it's getting worse and worse," he said.

SafariBookings.com surveyed 500 safari tour operators in September and found more than half had experienced drops in bookings ranging from 20% to 70% since the Ebola outbreak.

Among the people who considered canceling a long-planned safari vacation to South Africa was Raquel Dambrosi, 29, of Staten Island, N.Y., who fretted on Twitter about her Ebola anxieties. Friends and family worried she would catch Ebola on the airline flight.

Ultimately, Dambrosi decided to go. She leaves Nov. 4.

"I am doing my research and staying up-to-date on the news," she said. "I check online and on CNN every day."

Jake McCormick, who runs the Shadows of Africa safari company, can't remember an October where his phone wasn't ringing off the hook with customers hoping to schedule holiday safari getaways. This year his phone is silent.

"My worst fears came true," McCormick said. Bookings and inquiries are down more than 70% from last year.

Shadows of Africa books most of its safaris in Tanzania on Africa's east coast and 3,000 miles from the center of the outbreak in West Africa – about the same distance as Alaska is from Texas.

Ashish Sanghrajka, president of Big Five Tours & Expeditions, worries that workers left unemployed from the tourism downturn will turn to poaching elephants and rhinos to make ends meet. The Wildlife Conservation Society estimates 96 elephants a day are killed by poachers, who sell their ivory tusks for $1,000 per pound.

"If we are not careful, we are talking about accelerating the extinction of elephants and rhinos," Sanghrajka said.

Revenue from tourism accounts for nearly 10% of the economy in many of the countries where safaris are popular, he said.

"The entire safari industry has come to a grinding halt," he said.
http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/world/2014/10/31/safari-ebola-africa-geography/17784729/

I didn't see any evidence of Americans canceling trips to various African countries because of Ebola or the lack thereof in that article. Tourism from the USA to Africa is very small anyways. The USA has a gazillion different places for Americans to visit, the Caribbean is only a 4-5 hour flight from the middle of the USA, and after that Americans visit the UK, France and Spain, probably in that order. Down south Americans go to Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Dominican Rep Punta Cana Bavaro, and Jamaica the most. There are some direct flights to some of the larger African airports from NYC/Jersey/ATL/DC but nothing compared to other destinations. Only a small % of people want to go on a safari.

You must have been reading textbooks from mars. grin grin

U.S. petroleum and natural gas production increased by 16% and by 12%, respectively, in 2018, and these totals combined established a new production record. The United States surpassed Russia in 2011 to become the world's largest producer of natural gas and surpassed Saudi Arabia in 2018 to become the world's largest producer of petroleum. Last year’s increase in the United States was one of the largest absolute petroleum and natural gas production increases from a single country in history.

For the United States and Russia, petroleum and natural gas production is almost evenly split; Saudi Arabia's production heavily favors petroleum. Petroleum production is composed of several types of liquid fuels, including crude oil and lease condensate, natural gas plant liquids (NGPLs), and bitumen. The United States produced 28.7 quadrillion British thermal units (quads) of petroleum in 2018, which was composed of 80% crude oil and condensate and 20% NGPLs.

Just to be clear, eventhough i agree with the main thrust of Jane's lecture, yet i disagree with the assertion that suggest all whitesic people are "racist".

I disagree on multiple counts.

Firstly, race or racism doesnt exist, discrimination and bigotry is what realy exist.

Secondly, since what she really meant was to suggest that all whitesic people are bigots, then one can easily disagree with that assertion aswell.

Furthermore, its the various Eurocentric institutions that are infact discriminatory and displays all the signs of "white supremacy".

Western education teaches a wrong, unrealistic, spiteful and discriminatory narrative on history.

Western education on history and almost any other subject is simply wrong and unrealistic.

The contents on most subjects are normally correct i.e mathematics; but the history of how they got the content is usually wrong and spiteful.

For example, Pythagoras didnt invent the Pythagorean theorem, Africans did. Yet Western education continues to teach that thorem as though it was Pythagoras, when in actual fact African mathematicians have been using the thorem in their calculations even before Pythagoras himself was born.

Agree 100% and no one woman can speak on behalf of all white people, and no one woman can speak on behalf of all black people.

That is likely some anti USA troll account. Some Canadians do have little brother syndrome. Health care is not free nor is tuition.

A new report pegs the cost of public health care at nearly $13,000 a year for the average Canadian family. The Fraser Institute says those costs have skyrocketed over the past two decades. Abigail Bimman takes a look at why.

- A A +
The average Canadian family is expected to pay $12,935 for public health care through taxes this year – and that’s nearly 70 per cent higher than when the data was first made available in 1997.

This according to a new report from the Fraser Institute, which also pegs the average health care cost for single Canadians at $4,640, more than double what it was two decades ago.

What makes the United States the greatest country in the world and not countries like Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom or any of the EU countries?

Here is the answer offered by Will McAvoy (Jeff Daniels) in “The Newsroom”.

There is absolutely no evidence to support the statement that we’re the greatest country in the world. We’re 7th in literacy, 27th in math, 22nd in science, 49th in life expectancy, 178th in infant mortality, 3rd in median household income, number four in labor force and number four in exports. We lead the world in only three categories. Number of incarcerated citizens per capita, number of adults who believe angels are real and defense spending, where we spend more than the next 26 countries combined, twenty-five of whom are allies.

I’m sure that any fair-minded person will accept that whilst being very slick this answer is somewhat duplicitous. Perhaps a more meaningful question would elicit a better response.

178th in infant mortality, lol. USA is like 6-7 per 100,000 which is about right for a first world country. And Defense spending protects most of little Brother Europe/NATO. The academic numbers are pretty good considering the USA has the largest illegal immigrant population and largest foreign born population on the planet.

Jews stick to some sort of bolshevik victim identity although they have become wealthy beyond imagination in the USA.
Impossible to understand their far left Marxist open border policies......when capitalism and law and order have benefited them
so much. The USA is really the only country they have prospered in, not including Israel post 48'. They have been kicked out of virtually
every country they ever went to. The big conspiracy with the Jews is open borders for Europe and the USA to wipe "white" people off of
the planet because Jews only fear Whites (although Jews are white). Sometimes they let down their guard and admit it, like this guy
in Germany asked a question about Syrian refugees.

What do you mean Nordic European influence? The Nordic people settled in the Mid West states like Minnesota. They were a white minority and probably too few of them were slave owners or even lived in the South where slavery was illegal. That is why it's so rare to find an African American bearing a Nordic surname.

The white racial superiority predated the Nordic emigration to America. This was British. Also, the taboo of racial intermarriage was also British unlike the Spaniards or Portuguese where it was tolerated.

What the Nordic immigrants were famous for was there extremely law abiding nature. This stunned other whites and they thought them stupid. You had dumb Swede jokes which poked fun at their law abiding nature.

There was interracial mixing and marriages in the early parts of the US colonies in places like Virginia and the Carolinas.
It went on for some time. However historically white women went to US colonies in decent numbers whereas in Latin America
they did not for a long time. So Euros who went to Latin America married natives or African women. Same thing occurred in New Orleans
Euro women did not go there in large numbers, very hot climate, more difficult to get to. The Spanish also had much more detailed racial
classifications, Mestizo, Castizo, Harnizo, Mulatto, Quadroon, Octoroon, Negra etc.
