Pharoh: [b]TOPIC 1 - Who is to blame when a child engages in sex ual activities without the right knowledge about harms associated with such;
is it the parents, media or teachers(government)?

RESOLUTION 1 - Parents should be blamed because they own these kids, it is their sole responsibility and the kids stay with them for most part of the day.

RESOLUTION 2 - The media, religious and educational institutions should be blamed because they are better equipped and more efficient in instilling such knowledge to these kids in face of modern source of influence like the internet, pornographic materials and smart phones.

TOPIC 2 - Child Soldiers, a good thing or not?. Should countries prosecute child soldiers for the crimes they committed during wartime? Should there be an international minimum age of criminal responsibility for war crimes and crimes against humanity?

RESOLUTION 1 - It is a good thing and they only need proper drafted international guidelines to define the border towards it becoming child abuse and what constitutes crimes against humanity in the context of a child soldier.

RESOLUTION 2 - It is not morally a good thing as wars are made for adults only who can properly reason towards what is good and what is bad in the context of been responsible for their actions that can be termed criminal and crimes against humanity. In addition to that an international minimum age for war participation should be put into law and there should be stiff penalties for any parties involved in a war that goes against thesse laid down rules.
