Emyo: of course you have done a good job by respecting the groups independence..i beg to disagree that dailynews have fought online numerously with female writers of the section. Btw mind your section, i have been on nairaland and have not seen when dailynew e-faught with female writer of literary section in writing section. All the fights and attacks was on romance section. So y say numerous wit female writers on this section. Its a lie, the word numerous is a blunt lie. If not only of recent issue on our group, is dat what is numerous? All those romance girls are also your writers? Because they can type in words on nairaland?

Instead of you to admit that your group member(s) have been unruly, you are here calling me a liar. Fine, after you read the thread I have posted above we can discuss.
When the fight was happening in your group, what did you do about it?
Why does Dailynew make reference to the Romance section, the mod of romance section and the female members of the romance section? His he not aware that this is the literature section? Why does he bring his romance section issues here all the time?

While you are at it, read the response of the female judge, some of the female contestants and the female writers of this section, then you will know your Dailynews has been a handful.

If you guys took out the time to read the rules & regulations of the section, you would have known the right place to lodge your concern

Emyo: Cuddlemi, i want to plead on behave of the entire yan fans and members. I know you did your work as an abled moderator that you are.
What some of our members and critics did was contra to the purpose of the thread.
To err is human...cuddlemi, what do we do to appease the ruling body of nairaland.
We need our thread reopened and sanitized.
Tell us what we are to do and i know others we join hands to make sure we try our best.
Tell us what to do, here, as others we be viewing this.

I have been in direct contact with your group lead, Peaceworld.
I have suggested that he has a laid down rules of conduct for the members of the group and perhaps have members read the rules and regulations of the forum.

I also advised him that the Excos/Officials should always step in when fights like this occur.

Usually, I don't interfere or intrude in the affairs of your group/association. I give your group your independence and respect but your group has abused that repeatedly with the numerous e-fights and attacks on Female writers of the section by Dailynews.

When they were washing their dirty linen in the public, what did the officials do to calm the situation down? It was left unmanaged and would have escalated beyond that. I stepped in after I had asked the Officials to settle it offline and nothing was done.

When I am convinced that there is order & discipline, I will re-open the thread. Thanks!

The last time I was here to make suggestions, I was indirectly shunned and I remember vividly well, a member used the word "look else where".

YAN is an independent association and the members are matured enough to conduct themselves as writers. After all, I was meant to understand that they stand for unity.

I don't know why members think mods should be accountable for the misconduct of members. Times without number, I have asked Dailynews to improve the lit section where he started an association, but he will rather pick up fights with female members on the romance section.

Whatever is going on between them should be sorted out offline by their Excos/Officials. Thanks!

tolualds: well it doesn't matter if you submit the scratch card or not. the most important documents are as follows
education documents-- WAEC, TRANSCRIPT, UNIVERSITY CERTIFICATE, ANY OTHER PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE, NYSC CERTIFICATE.
Financial documents-- BANK STATEMENT, PROPERTY DOCUMENTS, LETTER OF SPONSORSHIP, AFFIDAVIT OF SPONSORSHIP
most important is Letter of acceptance from the university or college in canada..
