Nigerian Pizza companies have really dealt with me starting from the most populated, widely known and longest in the industry. Dominos pizza have gotten too comfortable serving bread, sausage and ketchup with sprinkle of onions and little or no cheese � in the name of pepperoni �. Is it because of the cheaper rate when I order online that dominos deliberately reduce the quantity and quality of the pizza toppings? � Dominos is the most overrated pizza probably because of their long duration in the country. I think luck dominos pizza has is that you can use Coldstone to eat the pizza, if not, What!!!!! I was told to try out Debonairs Pizza but after eating it, i almost gave up on pizza. I had very high expectation trying out Pizza Hut based on the whole international standard level, but Mehn!, my disappointment is underrated. I would have actually rated La Tarvena but then, there is discrimination and preference of whites to black, so I am not even rating them at all. I did first try out of Romeo Pizza, the cheese in their pizza Mehn!!!! I must commend them for it I don't know the particular cheese they put in their own or maybe they combined both mozzarella, parmesan, fontina, cheddar, provolone, pecorino romano and ricotte cheese �. I really don't know but the outcome was great. I will have to have my second to third try out to be really sure. Let me leave it at this for now. I don't know who sent me to Godaifvillage to eat pizza, it felt like i was eating all those native Yoruba stew/soup filled with oil. The worst of it all was that the pizza was salty!!!! � I didn't know till that day that a pizza can be salty. It was a never to try out again experience.. Milano Pizza didn't please me at all because I have had far better pizza. Sultan Pizza is practicing 100% halal food based on Islamic dietary law. Wonders!!!! The only reason I was there is because I went with some Muslim friends but I assure you, there wont be a second trial. Pizza companies in Nigeria should do better in what they deliver for their customers when they order online. because i noticed that ordering online is just the worst. I think in exchange for delivery fee, we get substandard pizza�. Even if you order triple cheese or chicken, you won’t get what you ordered. I haven't tried to order Romeo pizza online, I will do that and see if they will deliver the same quality of that good pizza I ate in their store. Lateef Jakande, The First Civillian governor of Lagos State is dead. Lateef Kayode Jakande was born in the Epetedo area of Lagos Island, Lagos State on 29 July 1929 and died on the 11th of February 2021. Nigerians, yesterday, expressed sorrow and paid glowing tributes as Lateef Jakande, the first civilian governor of Lagos State, died at the age of 91. The Lagos State governor Babajide sanwo-olu wrote a tribute as a way of expressing grief for the loss - He wrote : “With gratitude to God for a worthy life well spent in the service of Lagos State, Nigeria and humanity, I announce the death of a venerable statesman, outstanding politician, public administrator and the first Civilian Governor of Lagos State, Alhaji Lateef Kayode Jakande. A Lagos base legal practitioner, Chuks Nnalugha has condemned those calling for zoning in next year`s governorship election in Anambra State. Speaking in an interview with irukkanews,Nnalugha who is the legal adviser to Anambra State Indigenes Lawyers Forum (ASILF), said that since the governorship has rotated among the three senatorial zones in the state, candidates should start running base on their own personal credentials instead of the zone they hail from. He said that it is heartbreaking that at this time and age, people would still be talking zones where candidates should come from instead of people with competence to transform the state. According to him,for Anambra to join the league of frontline states in the country,they have to discard zoning and go for competences. He said that former governor Peter Obi was not elected because he hail from Anambra Central but because he was a successful business man and people believed that he had the capacity to transform the state. According to him, Peter Obi did not disappoint those that saw his credentials and voted him into power. He told irukkanews thus, “It is disappointing that people should be calling for zoning in a small state like Anambra. Since they are talking about equity and justice. Now all the three senatorial zones have tested the governorship. The power has gone round, so we have got equity and justice. From 2021 onwards, competence, rather than zone should be the watchword. For so many years, Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG),under the leadership of Pastor Enoch Adeboye used to be the fastest growing church in the country. This is as a result of its philosophy of planting branches in all the nooks and crannies of the country. However, the effort appears to have reached its peak and now suffering from diminishing return. But Marlian gang, a group that is linked to the Nigerian rap act, Naira Marley appears to have step up to take over from where the church left. The gang has now become something like a mass movement in the secondary and tertiary institutions in Lagos State and even beyond. By the way it is spreading like Australian fire, it is now you either fall in love or you fall in line and nobody wants to be left out. Apart from the recent open declarations for the group by high profile celebrities like the Nigerian music queen Asa and Super Eagles and Lillie of France striker, Victor Osimhen, other celebrities are secretly admiring or throwing their weight behind the gang. Irukkanews reporters visited some secondary schools and higher institutions in Lagos State for fact finding. At a secondary school located beside Isolo fly over bridge, students were seen on the assembly ground in the morning giving each other hi-five and saying the Marlian gang slogan,”ma fo” meaning “fear not” to one another in the presence of their teachers. The way a lot of the students were giving the hi-five and saying “ ma fo”,showed that Marlian gang is no doubt the most popular movement in the school. At the Lagos State Polytrechnic Isolo, the presence of Marlian gang was so dominant that one can easily feel it. Many of the students there were also greeting one another with the Marlian gang slogan. A student who agreed to speak to Irukkanews said that Naira Marley is the voice of the voiceless in the country and the defender of the oppressed. According to him, the youths in Nigeria need to emulate the rap artiste`s courage and outspokenness. He said that the Marlian gang would one day become so strong that it would force the corrupt government out of the country. On the import of the slogan “ ma fo”,he said that it came from the Bible. According to him, God told his people to fear not the devices of the wicked.
