You may notice different colors of menstrual blood that may range from bright red to orange, brown to black. Though most colors may be considered healthy or normal, some may be a reason to visit your doctor.

I will show you why what each color means.

1. Bright red bleeding.

This color is almost always a good sign, as it indicates that your period is normal and so it will be. Anyway, if it lasts more than eight days without a change, you should consult your doctor.
It is super normal for women at some point in their period to have strong bleeding and in each girl, it happens at a different time. If you have three or more days of a very abundant blood flow, you shouldn't hesitate to see your doctor.

2. Bleeding Pink.

Pink period blood may also be a result of low estrogen levels. Especially if a lighter-than-usual flow accompanies it, or if you work out a lot.

Although this type does not usually last for days, if it happens to be so in all menstruations, it can be a sign of infections, hormonal fluctuations, or early pregnancy.

3. Blood spots.

This usually happens at unexpected times, it may be a few days before the period indicating that your body is preparing for menstruation, or it may also indicate a menstrual imbalance.

4. Dark Brown Bleeding.

Many women are often worried when they see this color, but you should know that it is super normal. It can be the last blood of your menstruation or the beginning of a new one.

It’s your body’s way of cleaning out your uterus and vagina and preparing it for your next menstrual cycle.
Just be careful if you have an orange or a yellow color mixed with the brown, as it may also be an infection.

A suspect, Friday Ohiuan, was arrested by NDLEA for engaging in the cultivation of cannabis Sativa also known as Marijuana.

45-year-old Phiuan claimed he engaged in the business to raise money for his mother-in-law's burial.

The suspect was arrested with 177kg of the illicit drug at Afuze, in Owan East Local Government Area of Edo State.

Speaking with journalists, the suspect said he has been in the business for just three years.

“I started cannabis cultivation so as to raise money in preparation for the burial of my mother-in-law who is very old but my hope has been dashed. “I have been cultivating cannabis for the past three years but thieves did not allow me to enjoy the fruit of my labor. The 177kg was all that was left and now NDLEA has come to carry the leftover,” he said.

Also paraded by the Edo NDLEA boss was Ohmai Friday (36), who was arrested at Sabongida Ora, Owan West local government area of Edo State, with 241kg of weeds suspected to be Cannabis Sativa.

Friday said a friend introduced him to the business after he had an accident. He said

“I am a driver but after I had an accident, I relocated to the village where I was introduced into cannabis cultivation by a friend. The drug found with me was all that I harvested as I could not sell before my arrest.”

Edo State Commander of National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Buba Wakawa, who paraded the suspects, disclosed to journalists that the operatives also impounded a Toyota Sienna bus filled with cannabis weighing 540kg.

He said the bus was intercepted at the Utese community in Ovia North-East local government area of the state with 45 bags of cannabis weighing 540kg. Wakawa disclosed that on sighting the NDLEA officials, the driver abandoned the vehicle and fled. He assured that efforts were ongoing to arrest those behind the illicit drug shipment and that the vehicle will be forfeited to the federal government.

A Rev, Mother Esther Ajayi, sends an orange hawker, Ayomide Adeoye to one of the best schools in Ikeja after he performed at the celebrate comforter 2019.

Three months after Ayomide Adeoye, 14,  came to limelight when he performed at the Celebrate the Comforter 2019, he has now been enrolled into Avi-Cenna International School, G.R.A, Ikeja, Lagos.

According to the ovation group, Ayomide was the orange hawker, adopted by Iya Adura, Rev. Mother Esther Ajayi, after a video in which he sang "You Are Worthy" by Tope Alabi, went viral on the social media.

After enrolment at Avi-Cenna International school, the kind-hearted woman of God took Ayomide to her home and later to Ikeja City Mall, for shopping.

Sequel to the recent incident Fire Outbreak that happened in Onitsha, the president has called on the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) and other stakeholders to urgently address the issue of safety standards in Nigeria.

The fire outbreak in Onitsha which resulted in the loss of several lives and destruction of buildings and has left Nigerians dumbfounded.

However, Nigerians blame the government for not building good roads, especially the federal roads.

The president reacted to this issue via his tweeter handle, saying;

"'The fire outbreak incident in Onitsha yesterday is sad and regrettable. I am profoundly touched by the sight of the charred remains of an innocent mother and her child, who are victims of this tragedy".

"'I extend my sympathies to all the victims of the explosion, whose houses, shops and other property were destroyed".

'I am calling for urgent action on the part of those concerned to stem these frequent fatal disasters on public roads. Safety precautions and routine maintenance, often taken for granted by vehicle owners, must be enforced".

Arik Air says it will resume flight services to the Sam Mbakwe Airport, Owerri, from October, 21. The airline made the announcement in a statement signed by its Chief Executive Officer, Capt. Roy Ilegbodu, on Monday in Lagos.

Ilegbodu said the airline suspended flights to Owerri early in 2019 due to operational exigencies, adding that since then passengers had been yearning for a return of the carrier.

He said the re-launch of flights to Owerri was coming on the heels of resumption of services to Warri by the airline on Sept.

“We made a promise to our esteemed customers that we will be returning to the routes that were suspended earlier in the year and our resumption of flights to Warri and now Owerri are a promise kept. “In the coming weeks, the airline will be returning to more previously suspended destinations as well as opening more routes to cope with passengers’ demands,’’
