I work in the health sector and I have a patient who is addicted to sugar, since he switched to sweetener his sugar level has dropped so I think sweetner drinks are safer than sugar drinks.

True. Aspartame, ACK, and other artificial sweeteners are hundreds of time sweeter than sugar which is worse than sugar.

So anyone drinking zero sugar thinking they're taking something good for their health is a Joker. It simply means no sugar, and replaced with other sweeteners that are harmful.

This is just an online theory that aspartame is not safe for consumption without proof.
American FDA(food and drug administration) has approved it, same with UK and other develop countries. If it isn't safe they want have approved it.(You can Google it to confirm).
You can also share us a link of someone who is suffering from Sweetener intake in thier drink.
Sweeteners are safe for consumption to me until there is a proof other wise.

Please for those already in u.k. Who are studying outside(far) from London, I want to find out if you were able to stop at London before heading to your destination for those staying or studying outside London.
My destination is Birmingham and I am having difficulty getting a direct flight to Birmingham.
Is it ok to stop at London and then take a train to my destination without having issues with UK immigration in London?
