You cannot win immoral habits by crying and rolling on the floor, by fasting and flogging your body, by rubbing pepper on your private part, by forcing yourself to endure the urge e.t.c.
You win immoral habits by God's willingness to set you free through the power in the Blood of Jesus Christ: and this comes by simple prayer prayer sincerely.

You're talking about drinking hot water for two weeks like it's as easy as said.

The best way is every teenage girl starting belly exercises before they fully mature. The belly takes form along with exercises at this age

Did you register in a gym, yet your tommy is not reducing or are you personally trying to reduce you tommy but it aint working? Please try this in two weeks and see the feedback.

Do these everyday for two weeks:

(1) Drink only hot water or semi-hot water for two weeks (whether after eating or random drinking of water).
(2) Eat excess vegetables with your meals for two weeks.
(3) Never take any milk or yoghurt or milk product for two weeks.
(4) Never eat heavy food after 6pm, but if you want to eat after 6pm, let it be excess vegetables with little meal.
(5) Eat at least by 11am for two weeks.
(6) Drink much hot water or semi-hot water before 11pm.
(7) Do some exercises.

Just for two weeks. Try this and see impact.
