It become difficult to solve the problem of waste disposal when you can't access the houses.

That's what we experience here in Umuahia.

Waste disposing trucks are supposed to move round and pickup wastes from houses, but because there's no good road network, the asked people to take the wastes to designated points. Some people are lazy to get to the point, so the dump it anywhere.

Also Umuahia has not been experiencing flood because it has a good drainage system.

The government should really give attention to town planning, if not one day flood will start destroying us like the days of Noah.
