Good evening mamas, how we all doin? My charming prince popped out ds morning thru CS, the things wey human pikin see, I no go fitt talk am finished now. Bur wat matters most is I av my adorable in my arms. B'S later pls, #still feeling sleepy

Congrat dear,your story came just in time to uplift my depression. Am feeling so depressed especially this morng. This is my first and am already over due am feeling so downhearted even tho am just a day overdue. I was filled with so much anxiety when I was approaching my DD,now that it has passed and nothing yet,am feeling so depressed.

Don't be depressed sis, u ain't alone, am also In your shoes, though am four days to my edd and nothing yet, but let's calm down, we should remebr only God knows when d baby entered our womb and only he knows wen he/she will come. I was almost getting myself worked up before, but my doctor calmed m down assuring me that most FTM passed their EDD before giving birth, at least I know of senior Beedam that delivered at 41 weeks. So just relax and focus ur mind on some other things, watch TV/movies, read books and take a walk, it is well wt us and our LOs, it shaall end in praise Insha Allah.

Good afternoon buriful mamas, how is pushing, may God grant us safe and easy delivery. Imurboss my mate, how pushing dey go? Yestrday, wen I was having serious menstral like cramps, I said to myself, this is it' but choi!d cramps just disappeared after like 2 hours. I am so tired of pushing around, ppl are abt getting m worked up sef, cos anywhere I go now, ppl ask ' u never drop' like say dem dey there wen DH dey give m belle. I don waka tire, eat pine apple, yet no show, not even mucus plug, 38 weeks 7days fa. O ga gon o. Abeg make una no vex for ds my tori, I just want to rant small make my heart dey light jare.

Yes. That's it coming up, it could be the real thing or false alarm. Pls keep ur bag near uur door, and monitor yourself very well. You can take walks too. Ensure you have ur ANC/ hospital card ready.

Pls mamas in d ouse, I av some complaints, I am 38 weeks 6days today, been having ds menstral like cramps(though goes on and off) back pain and waist pain, throughout d night, I didn't sleep for up 2 an hour. My question is, could this be early signs of labour, just asking cos am so confused being a FTM. Thanks.

Having strange signs went to hospital they said I will admitted but it is not easy for me I told them I will be back but just asking God to lead me to d final destination he should not leave me half way. God continue to stranght all of u ijn amen

It is well wt u and ur LO, I will advise u go back to the hospital, I believe they know what's best for u and ur LO. Am also april mama entering 37weeks. May God see us through.

Waohhhh, on page 40!!!!! I have shed tears, rejoiced and thanked the Lord, my anxiety had risen even tho most of the stories were as far back as 2012 but God remains God yesterday, today and always, I'm ttc but I know my case is settled and I will share my birth story here!

Hello Mamas in d ouse, I av been having serious back pain, protruding belly discomfort and sore bum for the past three days. Imagine! I can neither lie down or sit up well either cos of the big belly or back pain, I av been sleeping sitting on the couch since. I complained to my midwive during my last ANC, she seemed not to see anythn wrong in these complaints. Pls mamas advise me on what to do abeg

No b only u o, am almost 35weeks too. I started feeling it immediately I got a punch on my belly while trying to separate my neighbour's kids that were fighting. As one of them waanted to land a punch on the other's face,it ended on my belly. I still don't understand wetin carry m go settle fight sef, see small strenght wey I get just yestday, na im no allow me know my place. Orishirishi.

did ur mum hv big babies? are u and ur husband on d big side? wots ur feeding like. u may nt really expect ur baby's birth wt to b same as dat of ur friend's cos several factors come into play. In all, eat healthy(nt for 2)

Your baby's weight is okay and will not come too big as you think.

Pls relax and trust God that ur delivery will be seamless.

There is nothing much you can do to stop baby from adding weight or growing. It's a natural process. All the best!

Goodd morning Mamas in the ouse, Happy sunday to us all. I went for a scan yesterday at 33weeks 3days, and the estimated weight of my baby was shown to be 2.7kg, this is d same weight my friend's LO weighed at birth and knowing fully well babies continue adding fat till wen they reach term. Please mamas, is this weight not on the high side at d stage? Then if yes, what can I do to slow down d weight before full term. I am worried cos I don't think I can handle biggy baby during delivery.

I kept checking the time and was telling God,u said before 2pm oo... Words cnt describe the pain maybe cos I have zero tolerance fr pain though.
By 1:15pm,I was fully dilated,then the doctors ask me to push with each contraction,I cudn't..I was sleepy..den my bby @bit rate dropd...twas scary...my husband was in tears...
CS wasn't an option cos av bin batling wit hypotension fr a while so I cnt be sedated or use analgesics.
Den my consul came
(I had a total of 8doctors and 11nurses with me in d labour ward),my consol is d Hod of OnG,he decided to take d delivery himself..
When he checkd me,he said the baby was stuck n I had to be assisted...so he ordered fr d vaccum...d baby's head was out,my tear no b 4dis place oo...d baby came out with her hands in front of her face,and her cord on her neck dat ws y she got stucked...
I was in labor fr 4days,active labor fr 36hrs
My baby was delivered @ exacted 1:58pm 19th Feb 2015 weighing 3.75kg.
God kept his word,he is ever faithful..

My ds came a few hours ago. The midwife called him a miracle cuz I started pushing when I was just 3cm dilated. She thought I was joking but shocked when she actually saw his head come out. Gratefully, she asked me to obey my body out of hospital protocol.

Same thing happened with my first daughter. I have never known what it is to be 4cm dilated how much more 10cm. This can only be God. Comprehensive story later but we should never relent in our prayers even during the most painful period of delivery

My Dear, abeg let them shout team July, cos all these team June, July, august and co are my source of inspiration now. They make me realize I have so many juniors in the ouse, they also make me praise myself tht I have tried. But seriously april needs to be here cos my tiredness and backpain are out of this world.
