Did you change ur password nd tried logging back in to d old site? If yes den visit d npvn website nd try using ur phone number nd try ur names for password it will login. If it still doesn't work holla bt I'm sure it will

yeah i did all that including change of password but till not going thru.

type in your email address to the box below and click on search
an email will be sent to your mail with a link to reset your password
just follow the instructions by clicking the link in your mail
type in your new password but Note! it's has to be one cap letter, number, and symbols must be included in your password

I was able to update my profile using Google Chrome browser. I initially used other browsers to no avail.
