I am a man and most of the married women I know, including my own relatives, are helping their husbands financially, some are even the bread winners. All these talks of "my money is my money" is unrealistic for someone who really wants to get married.

It is far far better than my personal experience at the Festac office some years ago. I strongly believe that Nigeria will be great again no matter what!

It's Tunji-Ojo's reforms that's reflecting. Generally, there's less unprofessionalism by the NIS because of the system created by the minister of interior. Left to those immigration officers, they don't want transparency and professionalism, the 'status quo ante' enabled them to do whatever they wanted and they kept delaying passport processing, forcing people to pay extra fees to immigration officers through the backdoor.

If there's anything Tinubu's government achieved in the past 3 years, it's immigration service reforms! I give his administration 80% pass mark.

The purpose of stay in the videx (chancenkarte portal) is OTHERS, then you write "Job Search" or "To search for Employment"

That's as much as I remember from the last application I did on behalf of someone and it worked out.

Ok, that's a clearer picture. They must have kicked you out for reasons best known to them cos I haven't come across such before.
Best bet is to send them an email and ask why you were disqualified from the application portal.

From what you wrote, I am inferring that you submitted on the last day of the deadline - that's a major issue cos you don't know if the last day still counts. Also as someone pointed out above, did you submit ALL the required documents? The only time I've seen people getting kicked out of the portal is for incomplete submission or failure to provide supporting documents at the appropriate time.

Guess the best bet now is to mail the embassy and see what they have to say about your case. Most likely, you would be told to start over... hard pill to swallow, but that's a very likely outcome.
