Everyone with basic education knows that the governors have no power or control over the police, military or even civil defence. We don't have state policing yet and only the president has authority over the security architecture in the entire country, so the blame still falls on the president, who is an APC founding member, so I don't think it makes any sense.

Besides, there is something that most of us have been sleeping on- Northern Terrorists have moved down South and the South-West is currently feeling it. It has happened in Kwara, Kogi, Ondo (Owo Church massacre) and now Oyo. Only people who don't reason deeply would fail to see that this is a general problem of insurgency and it's bigger than politics. This is a national emergency.

Politicians have failed Nigerians, both APC, PDP, all of them. Military men and Police are dying like chickens, terrorists rebranded as bandits, imagine 17 police officers dying in a military facility. It is well with Nigeria.

I met this lady (a doctor)

On the other hand, I have already invited many people – including the chief of my village and my manager at work. Cancelling now will bring serious shame and talk in my village and workplace.

That lady is a deceiver and you cannot trust whatever comes out of her mouth. Someone who went from sleeping with her ex and even aborting a pregnancy to telling you she's a virgin and building your relationship on lies is a very dangerous woman. You cannot trust all she has told you... she's a chronic liar and a manipulator.

It's better to call off the wedding now than to continue a relationship built on lies. That lady could even scam you with fake virginity on your wedding night, women are now doing it.... A word is enough for the wise.

I lived in Oyo state during tenure of Akala and I saw the era of "Constituted Authority" (Ajimobi).
At least Seyi Makinde constructed standard, high quality roads, what did his predecessors like Alao Akala and Constituted Authority do?

Bros there is no governor that can solve the issues from previous administrations 100% but he performed above average at least, give him that.

Makinde really tried as Oyo state governor. I hope Osun state would be lucky to have such a good or even better governor. Not the one dancing Makossa everywhere without passing ordinary WAEC.

The pay isn't something you can find out on the internet, but rather from the institutions. Only thing is that WAEC is a regional body, so their salaries might be more competitive and the job tasks might be less stressful compared to lecturing.

Assistant registrar at WAEC is a non-teaching role, while Assistant Lecturer is a teaching role. Each job requires a different motivation and skill set.

First of all, what do you have a passion for? If you like teaching and know how to impart knowledge, go for the lecturing, but I cannot guarantee proper welfare in a Nigerian university, that is the fact.

But if you prefer an office work where you will deal with files and records, with very little academic input or requirement, the WAEC job might be for you.

Dating the younger lady is not a guaranty that she would be any better. Any lady who has no paying skill, trade skill or anything legit to foot her bill before herb24 will definitely end up like the 30yr old with a bitter experience because no matter the love a guy has for her he will definitely leave once he notice she is a bug and liability. But some guys will spend foolishly on a lady ignoring this red flags, go as far training her without marrying her proper only for her to later dump them for a guy who has done nothing for them. Your little mind should have told you that Oshodi/Isolo is not all about Yorubas or Oshodi bus stop, where your beloved agberos and touts control. That LG covers the whole of the aforementioned area, including Ajao estate, Ire akari, Okota/Ago and Isolo, which areas are dominated by moderate and very decent Yorubas. They have lived peacefully with every other tribe for uncountable years. Those areas are dominated by people of different tribes and not the Yorubas. The area, including Ajeromi/Ifelodun, Ojo, etc, are not APC dominated areas. Ojo fell into the hands of APC in 2019 owing to the selfish performance of the then PDP people.

When people like you talk tribalism, think first. Youths like you have your minds muddled up by politicians. All Nigerians are free to contest elections anywhere that they please, if the are popular there. Our constitution guarantees that. If your people cannot contest elections outside their tribal territories, then they must check themselves. It means that they have issues mingling with others.

That’s how most of you who have not ventured beyond 7up toll gate, not to talk of Shagamu, come here to discuss what happens in other states, with no knowledge at all. You talk of river Niger and Anambra state , not knowing the location of River Niger, not to talk of the state where you have never visited.

If you lot want Nigeria to remain, then let others have peace. If not, you can all speed up the break up process and let others have their peace of mind.
