Bread fruit- ate it a few times as a kid. Made sense, tasted like yam with a hint of fruit. Would definitely love to try it again some day. |
Definitely not from a Nigerian restaurant. A lot of "African restaurants" abroad are not owned by Nigerians, but they wanna make as much money as possible so they list Nigerian food on their menu, whereas they don't have chefs who can cook them. |
happney65:So you people know South West Youths supported Obi but still insult Yorubas till this very day. Some of you claim Obi won Lagos based on Igbo votes alone, when the vast majority of young people from all tribes actually voted for that man. Anyways, I doubt he can garner such support in 2027 because the ingratitude and insults metted out to Yoruba people is just too much by so called Obidients. Even Obi himself seems like a closet tribalist, but that's a talk for another day. |
MrPresident1:Keep joking 😃 |
BennyN:Goethe has a physical center in VI but I don't know the current status of their center. They also take some classes online, which I believe is quite slow and overrated, but that's subjective. Regardless, you can learn with them or anywhere else and write the exam at Goethe. All the best. |
Anyone can call himself a pastor, it doesn't mean he's an actual pastor. We already know this one was using that term "pastor" to cover his crimes and block suspicions, but fowl yansh open last last. |
Better, cos the planned obsolescence by tech firms is a major reason why people keep changing devices every year without any need for that. Why shouldn't one be able to replace batteries in the first place? They all know what they're doing... |
BennyN:1. First of all, the medical profession is highly regarded and guarded in Germany and that makes it a regulated field, meaning that you cannot just practice directly, except for when you have your approbation/erlaubnis. Now in your own case, you need to show readiness to learn German by enrolling in a course pending your application. The Chancenkarte doesn't strictly require you to learn German, but it makes no sense not to learn since the profession is practically only accessible in German language. So try to learn at least up to B1 level while in the waiting period if you want to be taken seriously by the VO. 2. Kindly do your ZAB evaluation if you don't want issues. All that story of change of title from BSc to OD, is a very long thing... Better don't waste your time while trying to economize, otherwise you may be forced to start over and join the queue all over. Don't think about the cost, just do it. |
Menses:Ojo cantonment is along the same road... Big shame. |
ehizojieonuku:1. If your immediate elder sister is the current head of the family, yes, you can use her, provided this would be maintained all through your application. The German embassy strictly states that in the case of deceased parents, the current family head should be the deponent, so that's left to the family but I'd advise you navigate with care. 2. Yes, you should be ready to prove that both of your parents are deceased, because they would most likely ask. I'd say you should have their death certificates available and attach them to the affidavit (just my opinion). |
That's a normal thing to those people na. What do you expect from people who believe it's alright to marry a 6 year old child ![]() Either ways, hope the same western feminists who are always quick to condemn men when the slightest issues happen, would speak up against this. Seems it's only in western countries that feminists have a voice. |
mascot87:Well, different strokes for different folks. I stopped 'sending' people's opinion long ago cos most people are just talkers and spectators. Marriage is never something to do based on what people say, human beings must talk no matter what you do. |
mascot87:Why if I may ask? Isn't this just psychological prison due to peer pressure? Marriage isn't age based o. You're only ready when you are. |
Tifay:🤗 |
Tifay:I totally understand Tifay, nothing serious 😉 And you're wrong about your claims. Read it well again, it's clearly written there that those born after Dec 13, 1992 with their NPC birth certificate don't need it. I think you're mistaking the 2nd part (OTHERWISE) of that text and getting it mixed up. That's for those who DIDN'T have their NPC birth certificate BEFORE THE AGE OF 18. I CLEARLY WROTE THIS UP THERE IN MY COMMENT. |
daylay7:I was also like this for a while till I decided to change and now I seldom take carbonated drinks like Coke, Pepsi or Fanta. You're consuming 1 liter i.e. 50cl x2 daily, that's very dangerous if you continue. It can cause diabetes, obesity, weak bones and teeth, even kidney & liver damage. If you observe your body well, you're probably bloated already. The best step to take is to reduce it gradually. Instead of taking 2 bottles of pepsi daily, reduce it to 1 bottle a day. After one week, try going a few days in the week without taking it, maybe 2-3 days off within the week. Then try to stop it permanently. Note: You will have sugar & caffeine cravings, but you have to fight it off, so drinking water would help in this aspect as well. Please take your health serious. Prevention is better than cure. Shalom! 🙏🏽 |
yemre:E still better pass make dem kpai am na. He knew the risks before engaging in the lifestyle. Those of us wey choose to do legit, no be say we mumu abi we no rugged, na wisdom. |
Tifay:LOL boya you should direct your question to the embassy, tell them your opinion or protest and refuse to do it. 🕺🏽💃🏽😂 To correct the misconception though, it doesn't apply to everyone. If you were born before December 13th 1992, yes you have to do it, but those born after that date are not required to do it provided they got their NPC birth certificate before the age of 18. |
He's lucky he wasn't dealing in Methamphetamine or Heroin, that would be either death penalty or life imprisonment. Cocaine is seen as ordinary narcotics in Thailand, so he's facing a minimum of 20 years in prison, possibly up to life imprisonment. |
oluwaseunamos33:Are you sure you're educated at all? What has the Lufthansa strike issue got to do with Nigerian leaders? This is an airline's issue, nothing to do with politics and Nigerians aren't the only ones using the airline. I don't rate Nigerian politicians, but this is an issue in Germany that affected all travellers using Lufthansa and other German airlines. Most of you would just read a headline and start venting in the comment without understanding what you're talking about. See youths that want to lead tomorrow! 😒 |
Omonene031:What the German embassy accepts is a parent as the deponent, not you as the deponent (i.e. applicant). Meaning: it's like your mom or dad applying for your attestation of age on your behalf. The pictures to be uploaded would be that of you and either of your parents. If you're using your dad, you would need to upload your photo and dad's passport photo, also with his signature, make payment and submit. Once it is approved, you can print it online and upload it on the portal. |
Love800:I think you'd get further information from the study center, but I believe the facilitations is done through the LMS (learning management system) which I believe should be the NOUN eLearn. Once you start your program, your course advisor would put you through, no issues. NOUN is very flexible and quite decent. Even full-time universities use their courses and books for their lectures, I have seen this on multiple occasions. |
Virtually every city in the world has experienced this within the last decade. Less people are moving out of their parent's home either because they cannot afford rent or they just discovered it's a waste of money if you're still single. Imagine paying 1k pounds for rent when you could stay at home and save up to get a car or start an online business, on top of that, you won't be so lonely compared to living alone. |
Na their way. Disgracing Nigeria everywhere but complaining the most about the country. 👌🏽 |
shortgun:Don't mind the guy. He's just a troll trying to make himself feel better about his own academic condition. He claimed to have lectured NOUN students but doesn't even know how study centers work. This is how liars are caught. 😂😂😂 |
DemightyPrince:No reason for us to contact each other sir. Do this instead 👇🏽 👇🏽 👇🏽 Visit their official website (nou.edu.ng), locate your nearest study center and begin your application. It's as easy as ABC. |
illicit:LOL sorry, Mourinho... If we ask you what you graduated with now, probably a 2:2 or 3rd class, while bragging about coaching unknown students... |
illicit:Definitely, only average and below average students would come to you for lectures cos I don't see any reason why an above average student would need extra help. It's terrible, however, that you mention the lecturing of certain students as a yardstick for all NOUN students. Arguably, NOUN is the only university in Nigeria where you CANNOT BRIBE a lecturer for grades, unlike most of the glorified full-time schools. I have several degrees both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and I was fortunate to have passed through NOUN and I can attest to the level of academic independence the school nurtures in their students. |
insidelife22:No, it's more of birth control pills, abortion etc. And of course, for some of them, it's just their nature. Body types differ, so not all girls with early saggy boobs are wayward. |
AllBlack:I can and I am doing it right now. Wizkid is greater than Fela. |
MaziObinnaokija:You dey Enugu dey cheer dem on. See him mouth like "kii dem all" ![]() If dem ask u make u carry gun, na then you go remember the akpu wey u leave inside fridge abi your goods wey dey for shop ![]() |
LibertyRep:Yes, even though he only said it to dare Seun Kuti who was bullying and cursing his fans, he is actually greater than Fela. |
