Your supervisor is right. The problem you are trying to solve must be clearly evident in your problem statement.

Your statement must show clearly why you need to study the effect of consumer perception of branding and packaging on sales.

I've done mine. The only advice I have based on my center (Ib) is that you should have enough SoPs to give the panel of interviewers. Print 4/5 copies.

Know your SoP in and out & be prepared for simple but technical field related questions.

which one is presentable format again? SoP has no sub-headings like research proposal. Are you saying the SoP was scattered? Except so. Just print the SoP you originally submitted and go and present/defend it before the panel. Shikena

The SoP was all jumbled up because it's in a text box. I meant he should add spaces or paragraphs where he thinks it is necessary.

Log into your account using google chrome.

You will see a 'statement of purpose' link.

Click on it, then copy and paste the SoP to a new Microsoft word document.

You may then edit & save it in a presentable format.

No. I developed the SoP with Microsoft word while applying so I saved it.

I received two different emails from ptdf with two different dates and time tho same venue . how am I going to go about it now?

I also just got another mail conflicting with the previous mail sent to me stating the need to prepare for a presentation of SoP and some other documents.

There will likely be a need to call their hotline for clarification.
