I expect them to encourage people to adopt, not make it difficult. Registration, background checks and random home visits are all it takes in sane environments as far as I know.

Even if you do, you can't just carry a random child you find home without running foul of the law.

If you need a child without a wife, you can always adopt. There are plenty children for adoption in motherless babies homes all around.

I will choose 2008 highlander for it's sleek look. But both vehicles are good if properly maintained.

If you are using the vehicle for proper off-roading, go for 4runner.

There's a leakage around the rims or valve. Rusted rims usually cause that.
