ouple of month ago, I was privilege to be in
missionary hospital diagnostic labouratory, in
one of the state in South Eastern Nigeria. A
patient in his early thirties came for a fertility
test, preferably, sperm count medically called '
Sperm Analysis' . He was given a sterile
container to go and provide his semen, I look
at the man, he looked weak and anxious , he
saw a nurse, who just dashed into the
labouratory and said to her, please, can you
help me so that I can obtain my sperm, I said

the history, my concern was that , the sample
arrived in the Labouratory, twenty minute
later, am not a nurse, so dont ask me how.

However, I was going through some
