Dron Spencer, Van Buycks, Bill Cuevas, Richard Sylvester, Oriol Sucre, Chris Meyer and John Mill were all seated in front of a large HD screen transmitting live coverage of SIU's investigation on Anderson.
Two vans drove into Oisbourne street and about eighteen men got down. They were all positioned around the house. Then agent Micheal picked a megaphone.
"Rofl Anderson, there is no escape, your time is up. Come out here peacefully with all your acomplices." Micheal said through the megaphone.
There was no response from within.
"This man is stupid, he is not even sure if Anderson is home." Richard said shaking his head.
"That how to do it, catch him unawares." Buycks said.
"We're not talking about local thieves, but international terrorists." Richard said indirectly spiting the police.
"Agent Oriol what do we have on Farouk?" Spencer asked.
"Nothing sir." Oriol replied.
*BACK IN OISBOURNE RD*
"All teams move in" Micheal ordered.
Suddenly the front door opened and a man in his late twenties came out.
Then numerous gunshot followed from within the house. It caught the SIU agents unawares as they couldn't figure out how to face the gunshot. Agent Micheal ran and took cover behind one of their vans.
"We need backup and medical team at Oisbourne road in Allen Avenue." Micheal said.
Anderson and two of his men came out of the house, just then a helicopter landed on the open field opposite the old farm house. They walked towards the chopper, entered and took off to only God knows where.
Micheal came out of his hiding place under the van and saw about eight armed men march out from the house heading towards the van, he took to his heels. The men entered the van and drove off through the opposite road(the road that led to the Douglas house).
The supposed backup team and medical team got to the scene ten minutes later through the road opposite to Abib's house.
Micheal came out to join the backup team, he was the only survivor of the attack. The dead men were carried into the ambulance which left for the hospital while the backup team
waited for a few minutes searching the house for evidence, when they got none, they had to leave.
*BACK IN L.A.T.U*
"Agent Spencer from L.A.T.U." Dron said picking up the call.
"Okay i'll do just that." he replied the caller.
He dropped the call and faced the people in the room with him.
"Connect this to the screen, a message is to be passed." Spencer said to Chris who was the closest to the large screen.
Chris collected the phone-like device, he in turn inserted it into one of the ports by the Screen's side.
A well written letter was displayed.
He touched the play icon on the screen and a video began playing.

Agent Richard and four other agents that went after Anderson returned to L.A.T.U. Richard went to the medical department where Agent Ortiz was recieving treatment. He was informed that Agent Pete is dead.
"Did you guys get him?" Ortiz asked Richard.
"He escaped." Richard replied.
"How?" Ortiz asked.
"He dived into a river." Richard replied.
"Am sure the marine team would be on a lookout?" Ortiz asked.
"Most definitely." Richard answered.
"Please get my wife for me." Agent Ortiz pleaded.
"I'll do just that." Richard assured.
"Thanks." Ortiz appreciated.
"I'll check on you later." Richard said and left his ward.
<SPENCER's Office>
"How come you against my orders?" Spencer asked.
"We had to, we met Anderson on our way to meet Hodzic." Meyler explained.
"And who told you to attack him?" Spencer asked.
"Agent Richard." Meyler replied.
"Do you realise that Pete is dead, and the so called Anderson is still at large." Spencer lamented.
"Anderson is not gonna go unpunished." Chris assured.
"Now, you two get out of here and get me your boss." Buycks commanded.
Agent Chris and Agent Meyler left Dron spencer's office.
A few minutes later, Richard entered and stood before a two man panel.
"Now you, when next i give orders you follow it. Okay?" Spencer asked.
Richard kept quiet and looked at him with hatred.
"For the last time, drop Anderson's case and focus on Farouk. A man from SIU will be here, brief him all you know about Anderson." Spencer commanded.
"SIU can't pull this through succesfully. Considering their level of experience. I suggest we let them keep tabs on Farouk, then after we must have gotten Anderson, we take over Farouk's case from them." Richard explained.
"Its not done that way. Do as i say." Spencer yelled hitting his hands on the table. Unfortunately his hands hit the pointed edge of the table causing him pains.
"Ouch! Get out of my sight and don't ever come back." Spencer yelled as he was shaking his hands as a result of the pain.
Richard was tempted to laugh but he dared not, save for he was his boss.
Richard got out and saw a man probably in his late fourties arguing with the security man outside the security post.
Richard quickly walked towards them.
"Afternoon sir." The man greeted on seeing Richard.
"Afternoon." Richard replied.
"I am Agent Micheal. Head of the investigation unit, SIU." The man said.
"Oh! You are the SIU man. Are you ready for the debriefing?" Richard asked.
"You've not told me your name." Micheal called his attention.
"My name is not so important. Is it? All you need now is to know about the man you are ordered to arrest. Anyways am Richard." Richard replied.
"Shall we?" the man shrugged.
He walked into L.A.T.U with Richard by his side. They both headed for the debriefing room.
After explaining everything about Anderson including where he lived and Mr Abib. Richard looked at the man in doubt. It seems he doesn't understand all he said.
"Do you understand how to go about it?" Richard asked.
"Am not an amateur, i am sure you'll doff your hat for me when am through with the case." Micheal boasted.
"Goodluck." Richard said and left the room.
Micheal followed suit but headed for Spencer's office based on directive he got from one of the stewards in the agency.
L.A.T.U's COMMON ROOM:
Eric woke up from his sleep to find Nancy sitting down with her head on her knees. It seemed like she was crying.

"Richie do we stop him or we go for what we came for?" Chris asked.
"Let's stop him." Richard said.
They approached towards Anderson in a calm way. On seeing Richard he turned to the left with the aim of escaping through the west gate.
Agent Richard and agent Chris followed suit.
"Agent Ortiz, target on his way to the west exit." Richard informed.
"Copy that." Ortiz replied.
Immediately Anderson reached the west exit and saw two armed men he removed his gun and opened gunfire. Agent Pete was hit on the chest while agent Ortiz was hit on the arm.
Anderson got to the gate in no time and ran out before Richard and Chris could get him.
"Call the medical team." Richard said to Chris.
They pursued Anderson till they got to the main road.
"Agent Meyler come in direction where the car was parked. Target is escaping." Richard said to the agent guarding the main gate.
Agent meyler and agent Rouve came to join Richard and chris and off they went after Anderson.
Anderson was driving towards Oisbourne but on seeing the agents trailing him, he diverted to Carrow road.
"Put a call through to the backup team."Richard told Meyler.
Agent Meyler called L.A.T.U but dropped the call in less than a minute.
"Dron wants us back now." Meyler told Richard.
"What about the backup team?" Richard asked.
"Grounded sir." Meyler replied.
"By who?" Richard asked.
"Dron." Meyler replied.
"Let's see how long we are gonna go with four men." Richard said.
Chris intensified his speed, in a blink of an eye, they are directly behind Anderson's car.
"Lets wait till he makes the last bend to the right which leads to the lonely road, then we strike." Richard ordered.
To their utmost suprise, Anderson turned to the left and ran along a an overhead bridge. He stopped at a distance, removed a bag from the car, then he dived into the big river beneathe the bridge.
Richard seeing this fired countless bullets into the river with the aim of hitting him but he was gone.
Just then Meylers phone ranged.
"Agent Meyler, where are you. It was reported that Harmin Hodzic left Haspasfield a few minutes ago. And am sure you couldn't get him. Hope you've gotten Anderson?" Dron poured out.

"Dad, i've been searching for you. I want to tell you something." Eric said on sighting his father.
"What is it boy?" Richard asked.
"When am i going back home?" Eric asked.
"You can't go home now. Its not safe. You'll go and stay with Aunty Clara." Richard replied.
"Okay. So when am i going?" Eric asked.
"Next week." Richard replied.
They kept on gisting for the next twenty minutes.
"If you need anything, call Nina." Richard said and left.
He met Nina by the hallway with a plate of food.
"Richie, i thought you are out to get Farouk Lan?" Nina asked.
"Yeah but i have to see my boy." Richard replied.
"You could leave that to me." Nina assured.
"That's very nice of you." Richard complimented.
Nina walked in and gave Eric the food in her hand.

L.A.T.U tactical team on their way to Haspersfield steel rolling company.
Chris phone rang and he picked the call.
"Hello agent Chris my parents has been killed by Abib and his men." Nancy cried.
"Take it easy. Where are you now?" Chris asked.
"Am in Oisbourne gas station." She replied.
"Stay put. I'll join you there now." Chris said and ended the call.
"Mr and Mrs Douglas has been murdered." Chris said to Richard who nodded his head in pity.
The tactical team comprising of six men diverted and drove towards the gas station in Oisbourne. Chris came out from the car and walked towards Nancy.
"Hey! Take heart dear." Chris said.
She nodded her head.
Chris removed a piece of paper from his pocket and handed it to her.
"Go to L.A.T.U and ask for Agent Oriol." Chris said and walked back to the waiting car.

Venue: Haspasfield Steel rolling company.
"Go through the west wing and cover the west exit. You and you to the south. Chris come with me." Richard gave instructions and walked into the company.
Haspersfield was a Construction company established by the first president of the country.
"Goodday." Richard greeted the security man.
"Yes." The security man replied.
"I am Agent Richard from L.A.T.U. I seek Mr Harmin Hodzic." Richard said.
Richard produced his I.D card as well as Chris and the security man granted them entry.
They continued walking towards the production plant. Just then a man appeared from afar. Chris informed Richard about the man and looking at him properly. Behold it was Rofl Anderson.

Richard continued running until he got to the entrance of the street where their car was parked. He didn't see the car. Then he remembered chris must have driven the car to MicBrights.
Richard considered calling Oisbourne police command but he didn't want to involve them. He got to the main road and waited some seconds but no vehicle was forthcoming. It seems like they all decided not to pass Oisbourne that day or so he thought. Just then a truck approached from afar, he quickly hopped into the truck's trunk and layed down flat. He looked towards the junction he came from, the men stood looking for him.
Just then his phone rang.
"Agent Richard." he said.
"Richie, this is Bill." Bill said.
"Okay." Richard replied.
"I want you here now as soon as possible." Bill ordered.
"Okay." Richard said.

"ladies and gentlemen, there has been an order from above that the affairs of this agency be handed over to these men. Dron Spencer and Van Buycks." Bill explained.
There was silence in the room which signified that he had their attentions on him.
"Mr Spencer was the head of SIU and Mr Buycks was a former police officer. So Mr Spencer takes over my office, while Mr Buycks takes over agent Richard's office." Bill explained and sat down.
Mr Buycks stood up to address them.
"As you have been told, i am now the field operatives overall head, and i want you all to work with me to achieve our goal. Thank you." he said and sat down.
"Any question?" Spencer asked.
Richard raised up his hand.
"I want to know the clearance level of the new heads. Because i know a SIU agent and a police officer can't have more than the fourth level which is the level for our internal security men here. How come you guys are choosen to take over from us?" Richard asked.
"I have no time for you. Submitt all pending files concerning your investigations. Meeting dismissed." Dron ordered and stood up.
-RICHARD'S OFFICE-
"I want you to drop Rofl Anderson's case and take charge of finding a man called Farouk Lan. A man in possesion of a nuclear weapon which could wipe out the whole of this country at once if launched. Agent Nina is waiting to debrief you." Buycks ordered without looking up at Richard and Chris.
"But we are very close to arresting Anderson. Moreso, Anderson has done this country more harm than good. We can't abandon his case and face a man who is still sending threat letters." Richard explained.
"The SIU will take over from you while you take up Farouk Lan's case." Buycks explained.
"But this Anderson was responsible for the Vice president's death." Chris said.
"And Farouk is gonna be responsible for every citizen's death if no arrested now." Buycks explained.
Richard and Chris walked out of the office without replying Buycks.
"Boss, how do we do this Anderson's case?" Chris asked.
"I ain't dropping it. Will make sure i get him then proceed to getting Handy Briggs, the man behind my wife's death before facing the unknown Farouk." Richard said and walked towards the waiting room wher Eric was.
"Hey dad! I've been searching for you. Need to tell you something." Eric said on sighting his father.
