"Agent Oriol on the line." A voice said from L.A.T.U's end.
"Agent Chris." Chris replied.
"Hope no problems?" Oriol asked.
"I'm moving in to MicBrights horticulture along carrow road now. To question Mr Douglas, Abib's neighbour. How far is Carrow from Oisbourne?"
"It's a one hour drive." Oriol replied.
"Connect the map to my pda." Chris said and ended the call.
He called Richard after dropping the call. Richard ordered him to go for the questioning while he will stay behind to keep an eye on Abib.
Venue: L.A.T.U
"Hello Bill." The secretary of defence greeted.
"hello sir." Bill replied.
"How far about your investigations?" The secretary asked.
"It's been successful so far." Bill replied.
"You'll recieve a letter very soon. Don't hesitate to adhere to the letter without delay." The secretary said and ended the call.
Two men walked into L.A.T.U building and headed for the security clearance post.
"Hello, am Dron spencer while man here is Van Buycks." one of the men who introduced himself as Dron said.
"What can i do for you?" The security man asked.
"We are from the state intelligence unit(SIU). We are on an assignment here." Buycks explained flashing their SIU's clearance card.
They were granted entry after their cards has been inspected.
They got into the building and walked straight to Bill's office.
"Hello Bill." Dron said.
"Hello Dron." Bill replied.
Bill shook hands with Buycks after the introduction and offered them seats.
"According to the letter you recieved. We have been ordered to take over the affairs of this Agency. I'll be the overall head while Buycks will be the head of field operatives." Dron explained.
"But why?" Bill asked.
"A vote of no confidence was passed on you." Buycks said rudely.
Bill smiled knowing what he was in for.
"Call a meeting of all workers in here and make the necessary handovers." Dron said.
<OISBOURNE ROAD>
Fourty-five minutes after Chris left a man came out of Abib's house to make a call outside.
In the course of his call making, Richard heard him talk about cancelling the party. Wiping out the Douglas.
Richard sensed danger and decided to wipe out the man but on getting out of his hiding place, his ieg hit a plank which fell down noisily.
He quickly retreated in his steps but he was too late as the man had already seen him.
"Get him, he is in the farmhouse." The man ordered as five armed men came out and went in direction of the farmhouse.
Richard seeing he was totally outnumbered took to his heels.

Agent Richard and Agent Chris drove down to Oisbourne road in a quest to nab Anderson and his crew during the party.
They parked their car at the entrance of the street. They walked towards the end of the street where Anderson's house was located. Immediately they got to a vintage position through which they can see Anderson's hideout, they split. Richard was walking on the left side on the road while Chris was walking on the right side.
They got to a T-junction that stretched to the left leading to Nancy's house and to the right leading to Abib's house. They exchanged position as Richard changed from the left to the right and Chris from the right to the left.
Richard walked towards Abib's house casually to avoid suspicion. He walked past the house and turned into an old farmhouse where he could see all the happenings in the house with the help of his binoculars.
Chris got to the Douglas house and knocked on the door.
"Agent Chris!" Nancy exclaimed on opening the door.
"Good afternoon Nancy." Chris greeted.
"Come in." Nancy said opening the door wider.
Chris walked into the sitting room and sat down on the couch he sat on the last time they came.
"Mum! The man i told you about is here." Nancy called on her mother.
A woman in her late fourties came into the sitting room from a room Chris assumed to be the laundry room because Mrs Douglas hand's were wet.
"Good afternoon ma'am." Chris said rising to his feet.
"Good afternoon sir. Sit down." Mrs Douglas replied.
Chris sat down and brought out his notepad.
"You know, i was actually scared when Nancy told me that some men came to question her about Mr Abib." Mrs Douglas began.
"You have no reason to be scared madam. We came just for questioning. You know to enhance our investigation, considering the fact that you are our prime suspect' neighbour." Chris explained.
"But what is Mr Abib's offence?" Mrs Douglas asked.
"He was involved in recents terrorist attacks in the state." Chris replied.
"But what concrete evidence do you have to backup your claim?" mrs Douglas asked.
"It was reported that a man called Rofl Anderson stays with him. And this Anderson of a man is a terrorist on the government's wanted list." Chris explained.
"I can be of help." Mrs Douglas said.
"How?" Chris asked.
"My husband normally hang out with Mr Abib on sundays." Mrs Douglas explained.
"His workplace?" Chris asked.
"MicBrights horticulture ,18, carrow road, west seatle." Mrs Douglas dictated while Chris jotted.
"Thanks madam. You've been really helpful." Chris said shaking hands with Mrs Douglas before he left.
He got out and switched on a communicator attached to his ears, he dialled a number on his phone.
"Mrs Douglas told me her husband is a friend to Mr Abib and i've gotten his workplace address." Chris informed Richard.
"Call L.A.T.U now and tell them to run a search on how far the place is. Then you go there for further questioning while i stay put here keeping watch on Abib's movements." Richard ordered.
"Okay sir." Chris replied.
He walked some distance and go to where their car was parked. Then he put a call through to L.A.T.U.
"Agent Oriol on the line." A voice said from L.A.T.U's end.

L.A.T.U wasn't informed about the attack as a result of their inconsistency. I wuld have loved you all to kip ur fingers crossed and know why L.A.T.U was scrapped off from recieving news immediately. Anyways thanks for the observations.

Richard and Chris got back into L.A.T.U, they parted ways as they both went into their respective offices.
Richard diverted his headed direction to Bill's office.
"How was it?" Bill asked.
"Great." Richard replied.
"What have you got?" Bill asked again.
"We met a girl, who lived close to Anderson's hideout. Anderson's hideout was owned by one Mr Abib. We are really progressing." Richard explained.
"Lets bring the girl in for questioning." Bill advised.
"It's too early for that. Moreso, she's not a suspect." Richard explained.
"No problems." Bill smiled.
"That's good to hear." Bill said.
"Summon all department heads for meeting." Richard advised.
"Will do just that." Bill answered.
Richard turned and walked towards the door.
"Richie?" Bill asked.
"Yes?" Richard answered.
"Am sorry about your wife and the detention stuff. You see....." Bill was explaining.
"Come off it. It's nothing." Richard replied and exited Bill's office.
¤¤CONFERENCE ROOM¤¤
"It is with joy i announce to you that investigation about Anderson is progressing. Agent Chris tell us what you got." Bill began.
Chris stood up and opened his notepad.
"Anderson lived in a semi-detached house in Allen avenue along Oisbourne road. A bungalow is located very close to it. We succeeded in meeting with the occupant of the bungalow, who in turn told us that Anderson lives with one Mr Abib." Chris explained and sat down.
"Run a search on Mr Abib." Bill ordered the computer operators in the meeting.
Oriol sat down looking at his computer screen.
"Got it. Mr Abib was a former convict. He has a small bar down Oisbourne road." Nina said.
"Is that all?" Chris asked.
"No, i got his twitter handle here. He tweets that a party will hold in his house today." Nina explained.
"That's good. Get all men ready for action. We need to strike." Bill replied pointing to Chris.
"Okay." Chris replied and everyone of them left the room back to their duty post.
Oriol left and walked to the restroom. He brought out his phone.
"Abib, abort the party with immediate effect. A tactical team is on its way to nab Anders, one of your neighbours, the bungalow owned by that holticulturist told us about you." Oriol poured out and ended the call.
He walked out of the restroom only to find Eric(Richard's fourteen years old boy) standing outside the door.
Oriol walked out without uttering a word even though he knew he has been caught or so he thought.

Richard drove out of L.A.T.U and headed for Oisbourne road with Agent Chris seated beside him.
He surveyed the whole of Oisbourned then proceeded to Allen avenue where Anderson's house was located.
"How do we pull this through?" Chris asked with doubt all over his face.
"Just be ready for action." Richard told him in a millitary manner.
They got down from the car and walked to the third house to Anderson's. They knocked on the door.
A girl in her teens opened the door for them.
"I am Agent Richard and with me here is Agent Chris, we are from the Latvia Anti-terrorist Unit." Richard explained flashing his I.D card.
The girl trembled with fear as she opened the door wider for them to enter.
"You have no reason to tremble. We are here for questioning. Okay." Richard asked.
She nodded her head in affirmation.
"What's your name?" Richard asked.
"Nancy." She replied calmly.
"Where are your parents?" Richard asked.
"They are at work." she replied.
"What's the nature of their job?" Richard asked.
"My dad works as a holticulturist, while my mum works in a local restaurant." she explained.
"Okay." Richard said and gave Chris a sign.
Chris was looking around the sitting room in a suspicious manner.
"Do you by any chance know those that lived in the semi detached house over there. I mean the old house, third to yours?" Richard asked.
"Yes, it was occupied by one Mr Abib." Nancy replied.
"Do you in anyway have contact with him. I mean are you in talking terms?" Richard asked.
"Not at all but....." she was saying but lost her voice.
Richard urged her to continue.
"I know of a boy who used to live with him, but recently the boy moved out with his mum." Nancy explained.
"What's the boy's name. And what the relationship between you two?" Richard asked.
"His name is Rodger. And we are sort of dating then." she said shyly.
"That mean you guys are pretty close?" Chris who has been quiet all along asked.
"Yes." Nancy replied. It seems like she is now getting along with the question and answer session.
"Did Rodger tell you the reason behind their moving out?" Chris asked.
"He said a man moved in with Mr Abib and his mother detest the man." Nancy replied.
"Do you know the man's name?" Chris asked.
"He never told me his name, he said its confidential but he decodes his name as R.O.A." Nancy explained.
Richard gave Chris a knowing look. Chris pass the notepad in which he had been jotting all what Nancy had told them.
The two men stood up to leave.
"Miss Nancy, thank you for sparing your time to talk to us." Chris said extending his hands for a handshake.
"Its my obligation to help in investigations. But do you think all i said are relevant to what you are in search of?" She asked.
"You've been helpful." Chris replied and walked out to join Richard in the car.
Nancy waved the shut the door.
"Richie what do you think we should do?" Chris asked.
"firstly, lets get Rodger to tell us about the new man." Richard said.
"Let me go back in and get his contact. " Chris volunteered.
"No, don't. We'll come back later." Richard advised.
"What about Anderson?" Chris asked.
"Think about the name the girl gave us." Richard said.
"R. O. A." Chris added.
"Rofl Oier Anderson." Richard explained and switched on the ignition as he drove out of the street slowly to avoid suspicion.
"I guess, Oriol should be able to run a search on Abib?" Chris asked and Richard gave him the go ahead to make the call.

"Meeting with Mr Bill Cuevas by 9pm, all departmental heads should be in attendance. Agent Chris should stand in place of Agent Richard. Agent Oriol replaces Agent Nina who was supposed to be in place of Agent Mill." The operator's voice echoed all round the building.
All concerned agents walked to the conference room.
"Ladies and gentlemen, as you already know about the failed attempt in arrestin Rofl Anderson. I sent the most competent field agent to lead the team but it seems like Anderson knew about the attack. What do you think can be done?" Bill asked.
"Where on earth is Agent Richard?" Agent Tom(head of the forensic team) asked.
"He is in detention." Bill replied.
"I think he should be released. He is speciallized in this kind of thing." Tom explained.
"He shouldn't, he was going against the rule of this corporation. Let him learn his lesson." Sucre defended.
Tom looked at Sucre with a killer eyes.
"Good evening viewers at home. It was reported that the vice president's motorcade was attacked some twenty minutes ago on his way from the airport. Millitary men have been put to act, with some evidence in place." The television reporter casted.
"Why on earth will this kind of thing happen and the millitary will be ordered to investigate?" Tom asked angrily.
"Let me put a call through to the millitary base." Bill said and reached for a phone.
Just then a video call came in. Bill picked the call and the Chief of army staff was seen on the screen.
"I believe you saw what just happened, a whole vice president was attacked. When a corporation like you is in existence." Gazidis said angrily.
"Your excellency sir. We were delibrating on how to nab a man called Rofl Anderson." Bill explained.
"Delibrations at this crucial hour?" Gazidis asked angrily.
"We are sorry sir. But we promise you result very soon." Bill spoke calmly.
"You have just twenty four hours to stop this attack, because a note was clipped to the vice president's body that the Secretary of defence is the next target." Gazidis explained.
"With due respect sir, we'll start investigations now." Bill said only to see the screen blank.
Bill looked at his colleagues with an innocent face.
"Agent Richard is the right man." Tom said.
Bill dismissed them and went into his office. He pressed the security button.
A man in his early thirties showed up.
"Release Agent Richard and Nina." Bill commanded.

"Sir, a black van is driving up and down suspiciously around the street." Abib told Anderson.
"Find out what we've got on them." Anderson said.
"Black nissan van, government accredited plate number, about eleven men inside." Abib replied.
"That means they are after us." Anderson said.
"Sort of." Abib replied.
"Put a call through to Oriol." Anderson commanded.
"Okay sir." Abib replied and went in search of a phone.
L.A.T.U COMPUTER HALL.
"Agent Oriol on the line." Oriol sucre said immediately he picked the call.
"Oriol, this is Abib, from Rofl." Abib said.
"Yes? How may i be of help?" Oriol asked.
"Some of your men are parading the street, it seems like they are on our trail." Abib explained.
"I don't know about that, moreso, Richard is in detention." Oriol said.
"Then who could have led the team?" Abib asked.
"Chris Meyer." Oriol said.
"How do we get him?" Abib asked.
"He lives in south pretora, olive garden to be precise. He lives with his girlfriend Racheal and his old momma." Oriol explained.
"Then i guess we go after his family so he may abort." Abib added and the line went dead.
Venue: Oisbourne road.
"Alpha team move in." Chris commanded with his communication device.
"Copy that." Fedrick, the alpha team leader said.
Fedrick together with his team moved in through the front door.
Chris and his team drove the van to the backyard. They got down and crawled to the back exit door.
There were sounds of gunshots.
"One Agent is down. Call the medical team." Fedrick radioed Chris.
"Copy that." Chris said and quickly called for L.A.T.U's medical team.
The two teams moved into the house and searched all the rooms. They were able to wipe out three of Rofl's men. But Rofl himself was nowhere to be found. There are two doors into the house, invariably there are two exits, which was where the Alpha team and Chris team took in respectively.
"We failed." Chris uttered.
He went outside and called Cuevas.
"It seems like Anderson knew about our visit before hand." Chris explained.
"Don't tell me you guys failed." Cuevas said.
"He left even before we attacked." Chris explained.
"What's the status?" Bill asked.
"Three of his men were killed, one agent is down but not yet dead." Chris explained.
"Call the medical team." Bill ordered.
"They are in place." Chris replied.
"Get back here as soon as possible." Bill instructed and the line went dead.

"Detain Miss Nina." Bill ordered Clay(the security head)
Nina was arrested and taken to detention.
"Mr Cuevas, we have the Minister for defence on line 8." Vincent Lambert(a computer operator) said.
Bill walked to the designated line 8 and picked the call.
"Bill Cuevas on the line." He introduced.
"Bill, i have with me here Mr President, The chief of army staff, The secretary of defence, and the special adviser to the president on media and publicity." The minister explained.
"Your excellencies sirs." Bill replied.
"What do you have on the terrorist attack?" James Keeler asked.
"We have a clue on a man called Rofl Oier Anderson. A tactical team has been sent on his trail, and to keep a watch on his movement." Bill explained.
"I want result before the day runs out. By the way, what does Agent Richard have?" Tony Ross asked.
"He lost his wife to a gunshot at the golden mall, south pretora, so he is off duty."Bill explained.
"Extend our condolence to him." Keeler said.
"Definitely sir." Bill replied.
"Bill." president Lujan called him.
"Your excellency sir." Bill responded.
"I know you are capable of pulling this through. I want result before today runs out." The president ordered and the line went dead.
"Get me Agent Chris." Bill said to no one in particular. He headed into his office.
Agent Chris Meyer showed up in Bill's office a few minutes later.
"Agent Chris, we have the address to Rofl's house. You lead the team to go there and arrest him, a backup team is waiting on you." Bill ordered.
"What of Agent Richard?" Chris asked.
"Agent Richard is off duty. Mourning his wife." Bill replied.
"But i heard he's in detention." Chris added.
"Chris, i want you to pull this through. Forget about Richard for now. Taking Anderson is our ultimate goal." Bill ordered.
"Yes sir." Chris replied.
"The address is Number 18, Allen avenue oisbourne road. East pretora." Bill dictated while Chris jotted it down on his notepad.
With this Chris headed for the tactical reserve, where he'll select men that will accopany him to the target's house.
He choosed ten men, and a black van was to be the means of transportation. With this he headed for detention to meet his boss Richie.
"You can't go in." Howedes the security man guarding Richard said.
"I have every right to go in." Chris said.
"Do you realise that the man in detention is the second in command to Cuevas?" chris asked.
"I know but it is an order from above." the security man stressed.
"Okay, am here for questioning." Chris lied.
Howedes opened the door to Richard's detention for Chris immediately he heard the purpose which Chris was there for.
"Richie, what's the matter?" Chris asked.
"Detention things." Richard replied as they both bursted into laughter.
"I have been choosen to head the team going to round up Anderson." Chris explained.
"Make use of the descisive means." Richard explained.
"That is the use of......" Chris was trying to remember.
"Alpha backup team." Richard replied.
"How?" Chris asked.
"A survey should be made or a disguise go in there before the Alpha team strike, then your own team follows." Richard explained.
Chris jotted everything down.
"Okay sir." Chris replied.
"Goodluck boy." Richard prayed.

point of correction, my storyline is different from 24hrs. In 24 we av president Logan, in the undercover agent we have president Lujan.
P.s Lujan is a spanish name.
Keeler was never the secretary of defence in 24, he was the president that took over from david palma, he died in a plane crash.
Am not an arsenal fan but a die hard chelsea fan.
