These Security personnel know the punishment tha awaits them, when captured on Video or Audio and they wil fo anything, including murder, to ensure that Video or Audio does not see the light of day.
I have witnessed a situation along Benin-Onitsha Road when a guy was capturing a sexual assault by a Policeman, roadside nearby, on the Express Road. I was also capturing the same Video but was inside my own vehicle while the other officer was talking to my Driver.

On realising that the guy captured him on Video, he took the Phone off the guy at gun-point under the threat to shoot him and lable him an Armed Robber. He completely destroyed the phone and threw the carcas into a stream and began to beat the guy mercilessly.
It was my intervention that saved the guy but you dont challenge an Aarmed, Crazy Rapist in the middle of nowhere, when you dont have a gun on you. undecided

I was helpless at that point.

I forwarded the video on CD to the force headquarters and they PROMISE to investgate, that was the end of it. (now this was before the days of social media, circa 2001 and the video wasn't as excellent as what we have on current phones of today!).
So, l always advise people to do this video thing, as important as it is, VERY DISCREETLY.
Wicked Policeman will kill you over it, if he feels that video will threaten his job and he can get away with your murder

Now that Oil has crashed and things are looking very, very bad for this Govt, Buhari has suddenly remembered he has a sound Vice President who can manage crisis and solve problems he himself cant dream-of!
But all this while, Buhari was busy embarassing his V.P and making him redundant and sidelined, Evil man.

Just like when the Niger Delta was very restive and Nigeria's Oil production was suffering and dwindling, who did he call to go and solve the problem in the Niger Delta? Same Yemi Osinbajo, his Vice President that he sent out of Aso Rock, that he took the N-Power project out of his hand and handed it to that clueless Humanitarian Affiars Minister Sadiq Fa-Crook, same osinbajo that cant see Buhari unless he gets approval of the Covi-dead snake, Abba Kyari......

You see how Buhari is using this man and dumping him afterwards?
I know Osinbajo will solve the Crisis, no matter how difficult it is, he is a Law Proffessor, a Sound Preacher-man and more importantly, he is a Southerner.
I know nature has a way of solving this kind of problem, afteral, it was not anybody that sacked Abaa Kyari! undecided

But it is time we Nigerians stop having all these mediocre misfits that have passed their expiry date and shelf life, as Presidents
If he aint good enough, he aint good enough, dont make him a President
