A 40 year old Nigerian drug trafficker, Samnneji Chukwuemeka aka Moses Jeffery was arrested by India's Customs officials in New Delhi India on Friday June 26th. Chukwuemeka has been on the radar of the Indian police since 2011 after his attempt to smuggle drugs from India to Holland was foiled.

See 26-year-old Nigerian student, Okonkwo Daniel Anagor, has been arrested by National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) officials for drug trafficking at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport (MMIA), Lagos state.

A 28-year-old university graduate of Economics, Nonso Akubueze, has been arrested along with four other suspects by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency for alleged drug trafficking.

It was learnt that Akubueze and the other suspects – Simon Omoluonye, Obidike Onodyer, Friday Onyeabor and Emma Ifoh – were apprehended at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, with 11.5 kilogrammes of cocaine substances valued at N57m



The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency on Thursday said it had apprehended another employee of Arik Air, Ikechukwu Chibuzor Oliver, for his alleged involvement in the smuggling of 20kg cocaine to London on Monday.

According to the NDLEA, Oliver had confessed to the crime and had revealed that he charged N400,000 for each of the three bags containing the substance.



The Australian police have arrested two Nigerian men, 51-year-old Iwuchukwu Odemegwo and Chibuike Anyasor for allegedly importing more than 40 kilograms of methamphetamine which they concealed inside bar fridges and Jackie Chan-branded DVD players.
