Besides all you keep seeing and saying is that Osun's allocation is being paid, but in reality, instead of 4.5 Billion out of which 3.7 Billion is worker's salary badluck egbere joesatan reduced the allocation to 1.5 billion how is the governor supposed to pay salaries?
