Truth. You said exactly what was in my mind. LagosismyHome: also to add , Those who keep requesting for fake statement of Account and those replying PM i would help you ..... are only adding extra scrutiny to the whole process . This is a public forum and Vos are here also , you guys should keep giving the impression that u swap Bank statement .......... Visa is just the beginning , if you dont have money better to stay in Nigeria , it not easy been in the US , illegal and no money
well done as you make it harder for those coming in . |

Kindly share your interview transcript for the benefit of others teepee4Him: All glory belongs to God!
Visa approved this morning. I want to use this medium to appreciate all 'nairalanders' for their willingness to help and share useful info. I've been here for less than 10days and the only regret I have is not getting to know about this platform early enough. I'm 200% confident that if I had access to the plethora of info on ds platform while choosing schools I would have worked harder to get a GA or a scholarship.
However, credit must go to lagosismyhome, walspring, texrem, femi321, oludare01 etc for all d previous info. It was of immense benefit.
God bless you all |

Hello Everyone, As we all know, this is a forum to be for students who intend to study in America. My contribution is that people should do more personal findings about schools and programmes. Since the application window for most universities in US is still open for Fall 2017 intake, the College Week Programme is ongoing. You can ask questions directly from representatives of schools in the programme. Here is the link http://www.collegeweeklive.com/app/ |

You remind me of good old days of Lagos politics. Mummy, Dadddy Sarunmi ni ke di bo fun. Sarumi is from Mushin where I live then. dman4mdmoon: The way things are going in Ondo state, it may bring a repeat of what happened in Lagos in early 90s when SDP candidates (Agbalajobi and Sarumi) were fighting over who became the party flag bearer thereby giving the victory to Otedola of NRC. |

Sports › Olympics: Aruna Quadri Sets African Record, Qualifies For Quarter Final by dadaojames(op): 10:21pm On Aug 08, 2016 |
Nigeria’s Aruna Quadri Monday night emerged as the first African ever to make it to the quarter finals of the men’s single table tennis event at the Olympics. Quadri, in a thrilling encounter, beat his German opponent, Boll Timo, 4-2 to seal a historic berth in the quarter finals of men’s single table tennis event. Before Monday’s win, Quadri was only at par with legend, Segun Toriola, who at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games in China made it to the fourth round of the championship. After an awesome display on Sunday in which Quadri caused a major upset in Round 3; beating Chinese Taipei’s Chuang Chih-Yuan 4-0 , many knew it would be suicidal to bet against the Nigerian who seem to have hit his peak at the right time at the Olympics. In 10 minutes, Quadri blew away his German opponent; winning the first three sets 12-10 12-10, 12-5. However, German star, Boll who is ranked number 10 in Rio, halted Quadri’s run as he took the 4th set and 5th set 11-3, 11-5.Nigeria’s Aruna Quadri Monday night emerged as the first African ever to make it to the quarter finals of the men’s single table tennis event at the Olympics.
