There is NO WAY even a rogue Supreme Court can interpret the law to exclude those children. Otherwise they're simply writing a new law.

interpretation of "jurisdiction" is the key battle here not constitutional amendment per say. In the context of citizenship, it means born in the US and subject to the authority of the US...so if both parents are not subject to the jurisdiction of the US, can it be said that their offspring is subject to the jurisdiction of the US. And really in matters like this, if the supremem court is right-leaning, trump may have his way.

There is absolutely nothing anybody can interpret here.
Anybody in the US is OBVIOUSLY subject to the jurisdiction of the US, ONLY EXCEPTION are diplomats and those within places like embassies!

Over the years majority of those who have benefited from this law even Trump are not American slaves be it direct or indirect and there's a proof whatsoever.
