The policy is actually a good one, just like Peter obi said.

Countries change currency all the time for various economic and security reasons.

The problem with this one was that the CBN did not print enough new currency for whatever reason.

That is where they got it wrong and that is exactly what Peter obi said.

This is not the first time we are changing currency in this country.

But APC's inefficiency and bad governance have made a mess of every economic policy.

That is the problem here, but you are hellbent on blaming obi the civilian.
