Last week report was that most of their players were still stranded in Mali(visa/travelling issue) while the rest are in Toulouse France. The lucky ones in France don't even have training kits to train. Their FA too complaining of low funds to back the team.

For example, in ward 12/13 of Obio/Akpor LGA, nobody, I mean nobody voted on that day because of election material highjacked by wike and the PDP in collaboration with Kala police DPO. Election results were written and handed over to Rivers state returning officer. The professor that couldn't read or see what he claimed to have written. The entire world saw the drama that took place in Situation room in Abuja when the result from Rivers state was being called. We cannot continue like this. In Niger delta, particularly in Rivers state , election is being rigged shamelessly and blindly too. This must be corrected

Same thing in Delta state, albeit no one was expecting the APC to Win the State but margin of victory should be reasonable. My aunt didn't vote, by chance I saw a name ticked and signed in INEC register. No one is saying elections in other regions are totally free and fare, this obvious anomally is very less seen there. To your question, generally it's not expensive unless of course the family is a greedy one. In my place the bride price is returned and the traditional marriage is hosted by the brides family with or without the support of the grooms family while the groom's family sponsors the church/court or whatever marriage they choose to do.

The NNPC is a cesspit no doubt about that but Buhari must not be seen to be pursuing a lopsided anti-corruption crusade. He must beam his searchlight on members of his party who have corruptly eneiched themselves. There should be no sacred cows or no-go areas.
