An Insurance Brokerage Company request application from suitable candidates for two (2) positions in the marketing team. The employed would work independently but report to the head of marketing.

Responsibilities:
Manage our clients insurance
Relate and meet with insurance company to book business
Invent effective marketing strategies to sell insurance plans to new clients or up-sell to current clients
Use methods such as networking, cold calling etc to spot opportunities and cultivate trust with potential customers
Gauge the condition of business or individual customers and discover plans according to their requirements
Collaborate with clients to introduce them with befitting risk management strategies
Submit regular reviews of progress to interested parties
Retain and renew bookkeeping systems, database and records
Oversee insurance claims to ensure fair dealing and satisfaction

Requirements and Skills:

Knowledgeable in all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc)
Basic understanding of computers and statistics
Results-driven
Demonstrated ability to present, persuade and eventually sell

This postion would be salary and commission based for performance measurement.
Health Insurance would also be provided after confirmation

If the seat was reserved for some other people I would respect myself and leave to another seat but if the seat had no prior reservation I would create a crazy scene by breaking the chair then leaving the party. If they demand money for the broken chair I would gladly give it to them. You can plead with me to stand up to get another seat but never instruct me to.

My uncle has a tenant that has refused to pay rent for 18months now,he has been giving excuses that he lost either his uncle or relative and that he does not have money. The case was in court b4 but he withdrew the case because it was taking forever and no success was coming out of it. He does not want to forcefully eject him and he does not want to cause a scene in the area as he is an elderly and respected person.
What do you think he can do to peacefully eject him from his house?

Mine was after i just lost my job in 2008,dat morning my oga called all of us in my department and told us d sad story and did not pay us for d time we have worked(dis was mid-month).On my way home i took a bike frm Queens drive Falomo,as we almost got to falomo d okada man ran into a man dat just did a sharp u-turn and d next thing i saw was me on d floor and pple around asking if i was ok,even b4 i checked if i was ok, i told dem i was.i did not knw how it happened but i just had a small scratch but my only suit trouser got damaged as it bruised d ground to save my skin. My other experience was around 2006 wen i went to lagos to get something,i was not even on a bike but was just alighting frm a bus wen a bike coming against a one-way hit me frm behind and dragged me over a distance,d guy was made to take me a an hospital, when we got there he said he wanted to pick money downstairs and he did not come back.

i would like to ask you if u have accommodation now?with 40k u can get married if u are not just getting a place,u are not d one paying for the marriage and u have saved over a period of atleast 1yr. if u are earning 40k and u want to get married,i wuld advice that u try and save for some time(maybe 1yr).with d savings u can start planing how to manage a family and also try to increase ur income.even if u want to do a small wedding,d gift and wedding requirement are not cheap.u can get married wit 40k but u must have saved over time.

It not about sex,and i do not pressure her on sex,but after wuking monday-saturday wuld i be asking for too much if i want to spend some time with my babe on sunday?even to just go out to hangout if she feels my place is not safe for her. I have been dating a particular girl for more than 3yrs now, she refuses to see me often becos she says that she does not want to have intimacy. i did not attend unilag,my girlfriend just grad frm lag and i can tell u that more pple were suppose to grad wit 1st class if not dat d sch decided to reduce 1st class student.in unilag,the lecturers teach well and encourage students to read well and research.if a 2.1 student in unilag can put d same effort in ilorin i can bet u d person wuld grad wit a 1st class.am not saying student don't sort,but i can tell u if u read well u will pass well.am planning to start my mba there cos of their structures that is fully functional.

For all of you who think Fashola have not done anything,set ur mind back at lagos state 10yrs ago.d bad roads everywhere,very dirty environment,lack of order,no emergency center,bad street lites,traffic,bad health care,e.t.c. and compare it with now.i feel we suld appreciate wat the man is doing and wat he has done cos if he does not do it there is nothing we can do for him.to all of you who think it is cos of d extra tax he is getting,other govs get tax and nobody sees d tax money.to d person that talked about health care,let me tell u b4 i wuld never even try to go to an health center but i took someone there and i really appreciated the care dat was given to d person.i have personally been impressed with wat Fashola is doing.the only part i would really like him to also develop is d accommodation problem in d state.
