Aba people and stupidity are like 5 & 6.

My A5 Pro is having this issue of automatically reducing the phone volume to 0. If you raise it, a little time it would reduce it again to 0. What could be the problem?

Yes I changed it and it's charging very fast like before.

My back camera and touch are off while front Cam is upside down

Mine is the charging port which I've changed and it is working very well.

My Umidigi A5 Pro is having charging problem. It will be showing charging but will still remain at that percentage and a few other times, it will charge though slowly. I've changed as many charging cables as possible but no difference. My charger is the original charger that came with the phone and it's charging other devices. What could the problem be?

I really don't understand why you guys complain? You buy a 'tokunbo' TV and you complain.What do you expect? To perform like the equivalent brand new? Even the guy might not be aware of hidden issues as they might not come out within the period of testing.

So actually, i just got to know about Umidigi today. Please do they have service centres around, in case the phone has issues. I am considering getting the A7 Pro for someone and i dont want stories that touch the heart. I once had a phone that could not be repaired by anyonne around for a very long time.

My Umdigi A5 Pro hangs a lot. Sometimes a call will come in but as I swipe up to pick the call,v the phone will stop responding. At other times, I will casually be using it but the phone will stop responding until I switch off the screen and put it back on.

Pls how can I correct this, it's becoming annoying.

I started noticing this on mine too recently. My A5 Pro used to run very smoothly except when the screen started having ghost touches which made me break the it and eventually changed it. But this issue of Apps hanging is a recent one and it's getting worse by the day. I thought it's only mine that's having that issue.

My A3pro now 1yr 2month+ but battery drains faster now tho. Phone looks so neat as if Na 1 week old.

Mine is very clean too.

My A5 Pro is a year old today and I have changed the screen within this period.

2 sims + 1 SD card slot & Band 28 were the 2 major things that attracted me to the Umi family. I just need a 128GB ROM before adding an SD card on a BUDGET.

I agree totally with you. I think they have the best price in the Nigerian market for now and very enticing but then they can try the 128GB version and see how it goes.
