My A5 Pro just went dead after I switched it off on Christmas day and I've done everything I could do to resurrect it, all to no avail. So, if you are in Port Harcourt and need the battery, screen or any other part thereof, it's available. 0-8-0-6-0-1-7-1-7-1-8 |

Usmyne:None of the two. It's about 14 months old. I just switched it off because I noticed it was lagging a bit, but it refused to come on again for over now. Absolutely nothing happened it. It died completely. 1 Like |

11Anonymous:Tried to see if it could be flashed but it couldn't be read by the system. Gave it to two technicians, they said there's nothing they can about it. Maybe in future but from this experience, I don't think I'll buy Umidigi again for now. I was looking at Bison or A9 Pro but not anymore. |

udemzyudex:Thanks. It's the original(carry come) charger that came with the laptop. I just want to know if the charger could have been responsible for sudden death of the batteries. |

My laptop battery I changed recently has gone dead again for the second time. But before that happened, I found out that my laptop started shocking whenever you touch any of the ports or even my phone fingerprint pad shocks when connected to the system. I later discovered that the charger also is shocking whenever it's connected to power source. My question now is, could it be that the charger was responsible for the death of those batteries or the system itself has a problem? Please help a brother. |

Please engineers in the house, help a brother. My Umidigi A5 Pro which I turned off myself cannot come on again. What could possibly be the problem? Before I turned it off, it was a kind of lagging a little so I decided to turn it off in order to stop that but when I tried to turn it on again, it can't come on. Please what should I do now? |
