Congress makes laws. I've just shown you that humans are the ones that make moral absolute laws. The congress made discriminating people based on the color of their skin an absolute wrong even when majority of the people living in the South were against it. The members of Congress accepted it and passed laws according even when a large percentage of the people were against it. Over time as the law stood people begang to understand it. In the 1900 blacks had no rights at all. They could not vote, use the same rest rooms with whites, sit in the same place in the bus with whites, inter marry, attend the same schools, love in the same places with whites etc. They were openly lynched in the US and most of the people saw nothing wrong with that.

All laws are made by law makers and not everybody. About half of Americans are against gay rights but just 5 supreme court justices have made gays rights law in the US. Law makers make lawan for everybody. They care not if you agree to it or not. When majority feel the laws are not in their interest they select law makers to change it.
Gays were not allowed to serve openly in the US military and the law makers voted to enforce it. After a while the same law makers voted to repeal it and allow gays to serve in the military. All these were done by a congress that had less that 1% gays in it.
