Humans cannot declare moral absolutes because rapists don't agree that rape is bad. I can choose to state emphatically now that rape is not bad. Just because one random individual is of the opinion that rape is bad, and then 999 999 more people coincidentally are of the same opinion does not convert what could have been a relative(desisting from rape) into an absolute.

If I say that rape is not bad, and I find 2 500 752 rapists who agree with me that rape is not bad, to us(our group of human beings), rape is not bad. But then, is rape really good?

I think the best way to put that statement for the followers of the divine command theory is that the Abrahamic God seemed to portray a very arbituary form of morality
A good example was that the Abrahamic God after giving Moses the 10 commandments saw the isrealites worshipping a golden calf. He wanted to destroy them all(genocide) but was talked out of it by Moses ironically after giving the commandment thou shalt not kill
That was a very arbitrary use of morality and Moses made him change his mind. Now if they are proposing thy idea of absolute morality then why did morality change so drastically in the new testament
If something is wrong only because God says so then is it really wrong. This actually validates the statement above
