Good evening all, please I got an unconditional offer from the University of Law. I was told I have to show POF before getting my CAS. I will be going with dependant. Am I to show the POF for all of us or just me to get the CAS? Thanks

Good evening all, please I need your advice . My name currently is Mrs Dada
(my husband is late). I am planning to go to Uk via the study route . The person I’m with at the moment with the plan to marry next month is ogundipe (surname ). Is it okay to still use Mrs dada on my international passport as I’m about to renew it ?

They bear their late fathers surname.They are 3yrs and 5yrs. The five years has international passport

Good day everyone, my husband got a care job thats is willing to sponsor him . We are planning to go together . However , I have two kids from a previous marriage (their father is late). Does he need to under go an adoption process to be able to add my kids as dependants?

Yes you can. My husband and I received a gift deed from my mother in law, my hubby was d PA. The money was sent to my account, I made the transfer to his account (with the money we already had). We submitted the gift deed saying that my mother in law was giving us the money(both our names stated) and we could use it as we pleased. We also submitted my bank statement highlighting the monies I transferred to hubby and also a letter explaining the finances
We got our ppr in july

Good day, please I want to use a gift of deed as pof from my mother in law. Can she send the money to me directly since am the primary applicant or she has to send it to her son(my husband ) , then he transfers it to my account ?
